Mandatos formales In Spanish there are special verb

forms used when one gives a “command!”.

For example in English we use: Leave now! Talk! Close the door! Do your homework!

Mandatos formalesIn Spanish however, we have to

modify the command (s) according to who we are talking to.

For this lesson we will only use 2nd person form, singular and plural.

Mandatos formalesWe apply the conjugation rules

according to the kind of verb being used for the command.

Affirmatives will not contain “no” in a command.

To make it a negative command just add “No” first and follow the proper grammatical structure of the verb to be used.
