FORM No.VII (Under Section - 19 (1) of the Act read with Sub Rule (1) of Rule 25) DECLARATION Rc.No.5803/2015-G1 Date :.07.2017 Whereas it appears to the District Collector, Guntur that a total extent of Ac. 95.8092 cents of land is required in Mandadam-I village, Thulluru Mandal, Guntur District for public purpose viz. Construction of Capital city of Andhra Pradesh. The District Collector having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired for public purpose, after having heard the objections of the persons interested and after due enquiry as provided Under Section 15 of the Act 30 of 2013 and that the Requiring Body viz. Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada has deposited the amount in full towards the cost of acquisition of theY lands, the following Declaration is made under section 19 (1) of the Act 30 of 2013. Whereas it appears to the District Collector, Guntur that a total extent of Ac. 95.8092 cents of land is required in Mandadam-I village, Thulluru Mandal, Guntur District for public purpose viz. A plan of the land / lands is kept in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer & Special Deputy Collector (LA), Mandadam-1 and may be inspected on any working day during office hours.
The Number of families likely to be rehabilitated and resettled due to land acquisition is 3(Three) and hence Resettlement area will be identified. A summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme is kept available in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer of Mandadam-1 and website of the APCRDA www.crda.ap.gov.in and website of the District Collector, Guntur www.guntur.ap.gov.in
Mines of coal, iron-stone, site or other minerals lying under the said land or any Particular portion of the said land, except such Parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquire are not needed.
