In our considered view, the grounds as stated by the applicant for setting aside the dismissal
order dated 16/12/2011 passed in O.A. No.1943/11 are satisfactorily. As a result of it, the instant
application is allowed.
Consequently, the dismissal order dated 16/12/2011 passed in O.A. No.1943/2011 is hereby
set aside.
Let the above numbered original application be restored to its original number and file.

In our considered view, the grounds as stated by the applicant for setting aside the dismissal
order dated 24/03/2006 passed in T.A. No.1617/06 are satisfactorily. As a result of it, the
instant application is allowed.
Consequently, the dismissal order dated 24/03/2006 passed in T.A. No.1617/2006 is hereby
set aside.
Let the above numbered transferred application be restored to its original number and file.
M.A. No.1285/2011 (LRTT) is, thus, disposed of.
Applicant is directed to serve copy of the transferred application with all its annexures as
well as copy of this order upon all the respondents including the Learned Advocate General and to
affidavit-of-service by the date fixed positively.
