None of students scored A+ or A. 9 students scored A- with the percentage of 45%. Meanwhile, 2 students scored B+ and B with the percentage of 10%. Students who scored C+, C and D were 1 with the percentage 5%. Only 4 students scored E with the percentage of 20%. None of the students failed the paper. The results revealed that, overall performance was an average for Senior 4 Gugliemo Marconi. This is because the students were new to SPM format. Some students did not do well in their essay as this section was new to them and it contributes 85 marks in total. Perhaps, it may due to students are still new to the SPM format and higher order thinking skills. Probably, teachers can vary
