Rotations• A rotation turns a shape about a fixed
point.
• This point is called the centre of rotation.
• You need three things to describe a rotation
1) the direction of the rotation (clockwise or anti-clockwise)
2) the angle (90˚, 180˚, 270˚)3) the centre of rotation (always
given as a co-ordinate)
