Congress can make foreign policy by resolutions and policy statements.
Can also make a foreign policy through informal advice.
The Marshall Plan
On June 5th, 1947. The secretary of state, George C. Marshall laid the foundation after World War 2. He laid this foundation for the United States program of assistance to the countries of Europe.
The role of NATO in foreign policy
NATO’s purpose is to protect the freedom and security of its members through political and military means.
One current event they are dealing with right now is having the military capacity needing to undertake crisis management and operations.

The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945. They help nations work together to improve the lives of poor people, to conquer hunger, disease and illiteracy, and to encourage respect for each other’s rights and freedoms. The Organization can take action on a wide range of issues. They provide a forum for its 193 Member States to express their views.

An organization to come together and help out the needy. The hunger in Africa.
How US foreign policy can affects the average US citizen.
US foreign policy affects the average US citizen by trade. If the trade is not a good one then the US fails to get their offer.
