In these faxes and emails, we told Braithwaite Boyle its mistakes, and formally requested a formal written response letter. Up till now, we have not received any written response. Braithwaite Boyle shows no intention to fix its mistakes.

When skilled practice is not delivered, Braithwaite Boyle has failed its client and its profession which casts doubt upon the profession’s integrity.
