Access to JusticeThe Access to Justice Committee encourages members of the Bar to support legal services to the poor by donating to the Access to Justice Fund. Donations are used for statewide initiatives that assist with the needs of non-profit legal services providers. Funds have been distributed to help with direct legal issues related to battered spouses and their children, the disabled, defrauded consumers and the elderly, as well as to develop the technology network that allows the non-profit providers to interact and work together more effectively. The Access to Justice Committee works to support and strengthen an integrated statewide justice community. By facilitating both the proper funding of legal services providers and increased participation from the legal community, the committee helps to increase the delivery of legal services to Louisiana’s poor. For additional information, go to: http://www.lsba.org/atj.

Louisiana Bar FoundationLawyer's Challenge for ChildrenThe Louisiana Bar Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization devoted to advancing equal justice and law-related education.
