And right now as a lecturer in Erbil technical institute in electrical power with Eletric networks as lecturer.

Course overview: The students will be able to understand the generation ,transmission ,distribution, power correction and protection of electrical energy. ,also they will be able to do mechanical calculation such as span, sag ,tension finally effect of wind and ice calculations electric network subject is talking abut three important issues which are generation of power,then transmission ,distribution of electrical energy , generation is concerned we will talk about the types of energies such as thermal power stations ,hydro power stations nuclear power stations constructions methods of their operation , advantage and disadvantagesof each . they will understand the impotence of voltage regulation ,power factor improvement in addition to equitant circuit of transmission line by both methods of T & Π11. Course objective: The aim of this subject is to get the students be familiar about generation , transmission and distribution of electrical energy , the minimising the electrical losses by choosing a proper conductor , span ,sag for an economical method of distribution ,also they will be able to choose a proper position for power stations also a path of lines so that the cost is convenient , the students can calculate the parameters of transmission lines (resistance , inductance and capacitance) voltage regulation calculations Also thy can draw the vector diagrams of different lines(short, medium and long),then finding the sending end voltages currents ,powers ,power factors also the receiving voltages currents ,powers ,power factor

Student's obligation: The student half to attend two hours theory every week in addition of two more exra hours practically in the laboratory after each experiment he should be able to answer the discussion which concludes several questions in a weekly report which carries 10 marks during The year ,after words they mut be ready for a monthly quizzes for both theatrical and practical lecturers. 13.
