IBC SCREW CAPS

For plastic containers Tri-Sure® IBC screwcaps are the most cost effective closure system designed for high level UN applications on IBC packaging. Our IBC screwcaps are designed for optimal sealing performance.

Tri-Sure® IBC screwcaps are available in the standard diameter 160 and 240 mm size corresponding to the ISO norm 15867:2003 and global market demands.

Products are made of high density polyethylene. The combination of the black masterbatch with the standard EPDM washers produces a lid compliant with several food regulations.

A specifi c new design developed on 160 mm IBC screwcaps has been introduced in order to get the best compliance with our 56x4 Plastiplug and corresponding Push-LockTM compatible caps. The Push-LockTM and metal Tab-Seal® caps are easy to apply, easy to remove and completely protected by the IBC screwcap specifi c protective ribs.

This new design has been developed to fi t perfectly with our CDS1 (Closed Dispensing System). • The extractor is completely

protected by the top ribs.• Easier connection with

CDS®1 coupler due to increased recessed center area.

• Separate venting device to fi t different vent inserts.

• 6 external nocks instead of 12 to match with existing spanner types in the market.

Options• Several colors are available (minimum order quantity).• Our new IBC screwcap with 56x4 central hole is available with micro porous venting system insert.• Various types of standard washers (EPDM, Viton) are available.• G2–ISO228, BCS 56x4 and BCS 70x6 central hole available on both sizes.• The product can be supplied with or without top ribs.
