USA focused uranium and gold exploration and development company.AusAmerican dedicated and focused only on brown fields properties/former mines -limited exploration risk.Near term production focus, production timeline on two projects less than 24-30 months.Consolidation opportunity - currently a window exists for AusAmerican to acquire other uranium projects and become the largest uranium junior in USA.USA excellent location, high demand, low supply, low sovereign risk, excellent infrastructure, increasingly co-operative regulative and legislative environment.Few junior producers, most juniors are a long way from production – aggregating leases that require significant exploration.Experienced management team.Significant value play less than $0.50 per pound valuation.Peer average $2 per pound, higher in USA/Canada.

Why the USA?
USA currently has the largest demand for Uranium globally.440 nuclear reactors operate currently in the world, 104 in the USA.Existing USA uranium production is very limited. Demand 55 million lbs p.a, supply 4 million lbs p.a. Net supply coming from reprocessed Russian material which expires in 2012.No junior uranium producers (last production URI 2008).Properties in prime US uranium territories –TX, NV,NM, AZ.Low capital intensive properties – many sunk costs covered large data bases acquired.Excellent sovereign risk.Excellent infrastructure – abundance of available mills and plants.Educated workforce.Limited junior market, projects relatively easy to acquire. No ASX peer targeting the brown field, easily extractable projects like Aus American.

Overview
Recent assessment confirms an Inferred Mineral Resource of 614,800 tonnes @ 0.07%U3O8 or approximately 950,000 lbs of metal compliant with JORC standards on Apex only.Exploration model is igneous contact of the Austin Pluton with metasedimentary rock.Mineralisation associated with aplite intrusive dykes.Drilling program planned to validate findings of assessment and extend zones of known mineralization and increase resource.Apex exploration target 3-5 million pounds, Lowboy target 10-15 million pounds. Regional potential significant.
