The bidder must be manufacturer of Bell-212 helicopter or enlisted in the current “Customer Support and Service Directory (CSSD)” published by Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (BHTI), USA as authorized source for repair/overhaul of Bell-212 Helicopter. Customer Support Facility(CSF)published in latest CSSD for repair/overhaul of Bell-212 Helicopter can also participate in the tender directly. However, if any CSF desires to appoint any local agent that should be authorized by BHTI. 2. Tendered helicopters must be repaired/overhauled at the manufacturer’s plant or at any repair plant authorized by the manufacturer/CSF. The bidder is to mention the name & address of the plant in their offer from where the repair/overhaul job of the tendered helicopters would be carried out. The plant must have capability and experience of carrying out repair and overhaul of Bell-212 helicopter. Documentary proof of such capability and experience is to be submitted along with the offer. 3. Bidder is to submit authorization certificate in favour of their local agent (if any) along with the quotation. All certificates and document submitted along with the quotation must be original and signed by the authorized executives of the firm. Without authorization certificate(s), quotation will not be considered for acceptance. Pre-Tender Inspection at BAF Site 4. The bidder may carry out pre-tender inspection of the helicopters at BAF site (208 MU) at their own expense before submitting the quotation. In such case, particulars (including bio- data, photocopy of passportsetc) of the visiting members must be intimated to BAF at leastbefore one month from the scheduled date of visit. BAF will arrange necessary security clearance and other formalities at BAF end for carrying out such inspection by the bidders (if required). TECHNICAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OVERHAUL OF 02 X BELL-212 HELICOPTER (MANUFACTURER SER NO 30804&31131) FROM ABROAD WITH NECESSARY MODIFICATION WITH INCLUSION OF NIGHT VISSION GOGGLES(NVG)

GENERAL 1. The bidder must be manufacturer of Bell-212 helicopter or enlisted in the current “Customer Support and Service Directory (CSSD)” published by Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (BHTI), USA as authorized source for repair/overhaul of Bell-212 Helicopter. Customer Support Facility(CSF)published in latest CSSD for repair/overhaul of Bell-212 Helicopter can also participate in the tender directly. However, if any CSF desires to appoint any local agent that should be authorized by BHTI. 2. Tendered helicopters must be repaired/overhauled at the manufacturer’s plant or at any repair plant authorized by the manufacturer/CSF. 5. The supplier is to carry out 3000 hours’ inspection/overhaul of helicopter serial number (S/N) 30804 and 31131of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF). Technical details of tendered 02 x Bell-212 helicopters and their fitted life components/accessories are given as Annex B & C respectively. 6. 3000 hours’ inspection/overhaul of the helicopters is to be carried out in accordance with latest Bell-212 helicopter Maintenance Manual, Component Repair and Overhaul Manual and other Bell Textron approved Maintenance Publications. 8. Supplier is to provide all the components/spares required to complete inspection/overhaul of the helicopters. Supplier is also to provide all spares/items required for repairing of life components (if required). 9. All the components and spares/items which will be used during carrying out 3000 hours inspection of the helicopters must be brand new, unused, latest production and manufactured not earlier than 2018 by the authorized manufacturers of Bell Textron. 10. During 3000 hours inspection, if any instrument and avionics found unserviceable due to component or harnesses, the overhauling agency is to repair/replace those instruments, avionics and harnesses at their expense to ensure that all instruments, avionics and related equipment are serviceable and functioning after inspection. 11. The overhauling plant is to replace the complete wiring layout including harnesses, connectors etc of the helicopters with new one during the 3000 hours inspection. BAF technical/oversee teammust be allowed to oversee the replacement job ofcomplete wiring, harnesses and connectors of the helicopters. 12. All applicable bulletins and other modifications published by the manufacturer of the helicopter which are already due or will fall due before completion of the overhaul, must be complied with during 3000 hours inspection of the helicopters within the quoted price. Compliance of all the bulletins/modifications must be recorded in the helicopter log books. 13. The overhauling facility is to remove the existing external & internal paint and surface corrosion (if any). Helicopters are to be painted after complete inspection as per BAF painting scheme. The bidder is to submit sample of painting scheme to BAF for necessary selection before 8 weeks prior completion of overhaul. 14. In addition to the normal overhaul/3000 hours inspection of 02 x hel (ser no 971 & 102), the bidder is to carry out the following (if not covered under standard overhaul/inspection):

a. Replacement of Tail rotor drive shaft cover. b. Replacement of floor panel.

c. Replacement of all windows/Glasses. d. Replacement of all nuts, bolts, washers, screws & reveits etc. e. Replacement of all bearings.

f. Modification of U channel. g. Modification of Plenum chamber.

h. Replacement of all Hoses & Tubes. j. Replacement of T/R actuator compartment panel. k.. Modification of M/R hub grip grease fitting. l. Replacement of T T Strap.

15. The bidder is to submit offer to carry out under mentioned modifications/up-gradations during 3000 hours inspection/overhaul of the helicopters as optional, mentioning individual price separately against each of the modification/up-gradation. BAF will have the option to choose all/any/none of the modification/up-gradation:

a. Provisioning and installation of 03 (three) axis Auto pilot in both helicopter serial no 30804 & 31131 as per annex D. The bidder is to additionally quote the cost of provision and installation of 4 (four) axis stabilization mode separately. BAF will have the right to choose any one of the options mentioned above. All the items must be compatible with Bell-212 helicopter. b. Provisioning and Installation of Trakka beam A800 MK II Search Light, DC PCIU MKII assembly with front hooks w/auto detect slaving, Trakka control Panel c/w joystick, NVG compliant Cable, Coiled Controller – 6 way N.B Standard length, Visible Red Filter Lens assembly, Amber filter lens assembly, PCIU MKII Mounting Frame (Hook), Cable for serial. c. Interface (Slave) to FLIR, Meeker Aviation AFM2025SM Side Mount for Trakka 800, Meeker Aviation DT-1-11 Upper Dovetail for Trakka A800in both helicoptersas per Annex E. d. Up-gradation of cockpit system for both helicopters for NVG compatibility(Cockpit Light & NVG)including installation of NVG Cockpit Interior modification and Exterior high intensity LED NAV Lights, supply qty 06 x Night Vision Imaging Goggles for each helicopter and supply of qty 6 x Helmet Mount Assembly (SPH-4AF) with NAV visorsfor each helicoptersas per Annex F. e. Provisioning and installation of Forward Looking Infrared System (FLIR), Model TRAKKA TC-300 system with TC-300 Sensor system, Laser Ranger Finder, Laser Pointer, IMU/INS, Video Auto Tracking, KLV Metada Interface, Meeker Aviation AM412NM Nose Mount for FLIR, Meeker Aviation SWES300 Adapter Spider for TC-300 and Meeker Aviation DT-1-1-1/DT-1-11 Dovetail Set for TC-300 in both Helicopters as per Annex G. Additional display for FLIR needs to be installed in the cockpit.

f. Provisioning and Installation Emergency Medical Service (EMS) kit in both helicopters as per Annex H.The bidder is to make arrangement for installation of EMS Kit with Single Patient Configuration (Part no: AAT-49.000-501-X or equivalent) or Two patient configuration (Part no: AAT-49.000-50X-X or equivalent). g. Provisioning and Installation of Removable SAR & Tactical Officer Station with SAR Console, Tactical Officer Seat (Crash Worthy), TM-100 Map & Management System and Video Data Recorder in both helicopters. h. Supply and installation of direction finding system model: DF935-2 or upgraded version by removing the existing VHF homer model: ZG-2” as per Annex J. j. Up gradation/Installation of HF in both Helicopters, which should cover, minimum 250 KM range.

16. BAF has recently carried out the modification/up-gradation mentioned in para 14 above in 02 of the Bell-212 helicopters. If BAF choose any of the above-mentioned modification/up-gradation, the bidder is to carry out the said modification/up-gradation (including cockpit layout) similar to those 02 Bell-212 helicopters to have similarity. Considering this, the bidder is to carry out pretender inspection of the recently modified/up-graded helicopters of BAFat their own expense before submitting the quotation. In such case, particulars (including bio-data, photocopy of passports etc) of the visiting members must be intimated to BAF at least before one month from the scheduled date of visit. BAF will arrange necessary security clearance and other formalities at BAF end for carrying out such inspection by the bidders (if required).

17. Fire extinguishing system, fire extinguisher carts installed in the hel and concerned electric circuit are to be checked to ensure their serviceability. If any item found unserviceable or defective during overhaul, the same are to be repaired/replaced by the supplier with new svc one. 18. Supplier is to carry out other inspection, repair, rectification and replacement work in airframe/fuselage (if any), which are not covered in the contract but affecting the safety and airworthiness of the helicopter within the quoted cost. 19. Supplier is to make necessary entries in respect of jobs carried out during 3000 hours inspection/overhaul in the helicopter Logbooks and Certificates. On completion of 3000 hours inspection, all these documents are to be handed over to BAF along with the helicopters. Warranty

20. Supplier is to provide warranty period of complete helicopter for the parts and repairs carried out by the supplier including the modified/up-graded components/systems for a period of 300 flying hours or 18 months whichever comes earlier from the date of signing the acceptance certificate by both the parties after satisfactory acceptance of helicopters. 21. The period of warranty will stop from the date of reporting discrepancy. The period of warranty will resume after receipt of serviceable/replaced operational item to make the total warranty period of 18 (Eighteen) months. 22. If any helicopter or any components/items of helicopter is found defective within the warranty period, are to be repaired or replaced with new one (as applicable) at supplier’s expenses including both ways freight and insurance charges. Any such replacement/repair of items is to be completed within shortest possible time but not later than 60 days from the date of reporting such defect to the supplier.

SHIPMENT

23. On completion of TBO of the helicopters, those will be handed over to the supplier for onward transportation to the overhauling facility. Both the helicopters will be transported from Bangladesh to the overhauling plant and vice versaeither by ferry flight or by sea shipment in dismantled/crated condition.

While dispatching the helicopters to the overhauling facility from Bangladesh 24. BAF helicopters may be dispatched to the overhauling facility from Bangladesh either by ferry flight or by sea shipment in dismantled/crated condition as mentioned below: Option-1: 25. Shipment of the helicopters throughseain dismantled/crated conditionfrom Bangladesh to supplier’sfacility under following conditions:

If the helicopters are shipped by sea (from Bangladesh to overhauling plant), BAF will hand over Bell-212 helicopter serial number 30804& 31131 to the bidder at BAF Base ZahurulHaque (ZHR). All expenditure for disassembly, crating, carrying the Crates/Container, transportation of the helicopters and all aggregates and accessories by sea from Bangladesh to overhauling factory will be arranged by the supplier. BAF will provide necessary technical support in Bangladesh within the available resources.

Option-2: 26. Shipment of the helicopters through ferry flight from Bangladesh to supplier’s facility under following conditions:

a. In case the helicopters are shipped to the overhauling plant through ferry flight, both the helicopters will be ferried from Bangladesh to overhauling facility before 3000 hours inspection/overhaul. b. The helicopters will be ferried by BAF ferry team (aircrew and ground crew) from Dhaka to the overhauling facility for the inspection/overhaul and the helicopters will be handed over by BAF ferry team to the overhauling agency at the overhauling facility after ferry flight. c. BAF will initiate request for the over-flight and landing clearance while the overhauling agency will provide necessary assistance in obtaining clearance from the concerned countries. d. Ferry flight cost will be borne by BAF. However, overhauling agency will provide necessary assistance during ferry flight at different places of landing.

e. BAF will bear the cost of food, accommodation and other related expenses of the BAF ferry team during handing over of the helicopters to the overhauling plant for the period of stay of the team at supplier’s country as required. Bidder is to provide necessary assistance (if required) to the BAF ferry team. Necessary security clearance and visa formalities for the team are to be done by the supplier. f. BAF ferry team will return back to Bangladesh from overhauling facility by commercial flight at BAF cost after handing over the helicopters to the overhauling agency.

While receiving the helicopters from the overhauling facility to Bangladesh

27. BAF helicopters may be brought back to Bangladesh after completion of overhaul from overhauling facility to Bangladesh either by ferry flight or by sea shipment in dismantled/crated condition as mentioned below: Option-1: 28. Shipment of the helicopters through sea in dismantled/crated condition from supplier’s facility to Bangladesh under following conditions:

a. On completion of 3000 hours inspection of the helicopters, the overhauling plant is to carry out all required ground run and FCF by their crew at their own arrangement in accordance with Bell Textron and FAA/CAA or equivalent approved procedure. Joint FCF will be carried out by both BAF and supplier’s aircrew before shipping the helicopters to Bangladesh. The overhauling agency will arrange Flight Clearance for required number of FCF (as required) at their facility. b. 05-06 weeks prior to readiness of the helicopters for FCF, the overhauling plant is to intimate BAF about Joint FCFso that BAF FCF team may reach overhauling plant in time. c. BAF FCF team will go to overhauling facility by commercial flight at BAF cost for Joint FCF of the helicopters after completion of overhaul.

d. After satisfactory Joint FCF, the bidder, at their own arrangement and cost, will ship the helicopters in dismantled/crated condition to Bangladesh. Once the helicopters are shipped back to Bangladesh, the supplier is to send a team of specialists including pilots and flight engineer to Bangladesh for assembly and FCF of the helicopters at supplier’s cost. After assembly of the helicopters in Bangladesh, required number of FCF covering all flight regimes will be carried out by the supplier’s pilots and flight engineer as per the flight manual. Once helicopters are found serviceable, joint FCF will be carried out by supplier’s pilot and BAF pilots for acceptance. On successful joint FCF, acceptance certificate will be signed by both the parties. BAF will provide fuel and other POL for ground run and FCF free of cost.

Option-2: 29. Shipment of the helicopters through ferry flight from supplier’s facility to Bangladesh under following conditions:

a. On completion of 3000 hours inspection of the helicopters, the overhauling plant is to carry out all required ground run and FCF by their crew at their own arrangement in accordance with Bell Textron and FAA/CAA or equivalent approved procedure. Joint FCF will be carried out by both BAF and supplier’s aircrew before final acceptance. The overhauling agency will arrange Flight Clearance for required number of FCF (as required) at their facility.

b. BAF will initiate request for the over-flight and landing clearance while the overhauling agency will provide necessary assistance in obtaining clearance from the concerned countries. c. Ferry flight cost will be borne by BAF. However, overhauling agency will provide necessary assistance about refueling/defueling, handling, parking, landing and any other assistance required during ferry flight. d. BAF will bear the cost of food, accommodation and other related expenses of the ferry team during acceptance of the helicopters from the overhauling agency for the period of stay of the team at supplier’s country as required. Necessary security clearance and visa formalities for the team are to be done by the supplier. e. 05-06 weeks prior to readiness of the helicopters for FCF, the overhauling plant is to intimate BAF about the FCF and onward acceptance schedule so that BAF ferry team may reach overhauling plant in time. f. BAF ferry team will go to overhauling facility by commercial flight at BAF cost for Joint FCF and onward acceptance of the helicopters after completion of overhaul.

30. Bidder must quote shipment cost for option1 (Sea Shipment). However, BAF will have the option to select any one mentioned above. Turn around time Option-1 (Sea Shipment): 31. Turn around time of the helicopters should not be more than 180 days if transported by sea. This duration will be counted from the date of shipment of the helicopters from Bangladesh up to the date of shipment of the helicopters from the overhauling country.

Option-2 (Ferry Flight): 32. If the helicopters are transported by ferry flight the turnaround time should not be more than 120 days. This duration will be counted from the date of handing over to the overhauling agency up to the final acceptance of the helicopters at the overhauling agency after satisfactory FCF. 33. The bidder is to quote basic overhauling cost for 3000 hoursinspection (wherever applicable) of 02 x helicopter. The bidder is also to quote over & above repair cost of 3000 hoursinspection. 34. The factory specialist will carry out inspection of the helicopters and re-assess the over& above cost after receiving and carrying out inspection of thehelicopter at the overhaul plant in presence of BAF Oversee team and intimate BAF.The re-assessed repair cost½ should not exceed over & above cost mentioned in the offer.

TRAINING AND OVERSEE Technical Training and Oversee 35. A BAF team comprising of 01 x Engineering Officer and 04 x Technicians (02 from Airframe trade), 01 from E&I (Electric&Instrument) trade (basic electric) and 01 from General Engineering trade will be attached at the supplier’s facilityfor last 90 days of overhauling period.The bidder is to allow the BAF team to oversee the inspection job of helicopters and arrange on the job training for the BAF team. Bidder is also to allow BAF oversee team in different shops & laboratories to get proper training.The bidder is to intimate the overhaul schedule and plan of visit of BAF at least 06 (six) weeks before the schedule date of arrival in the factory so that the BAF training team can be positioned in time and can receive complete training. 36. The supplier is to allow BAF team to oversee the inspection job and the supplier will also arrange on the job training for the BAF team for entire period of their stay. After successful completion of the training, authorized and appropriate certificates are to be issued to all BAF technical personnel. 37. 01 X BAF Pilot will be attached for a duration of 01 (one) month to monitor and oversee the overhaul and proposed modifications (if decided by BAF) of both the helicopters. The pilot will be attached to the overhauling facilities for 01 (one) month to observe the ongoing modification to be carried out during overhaul. The bidder will mention the schedule of visit of BAF pilot at least 2 (two) months in advance.Cost of two-way air tickets of BAF pilot will be borne by BAF. 38. The cost for food, accommodation (single room for officers and twin sharing room for rest technicians), internal transportation and medical care for BAF team (including pilot for one month stay) will be borne by the supplier within the quoted cost. Necessary security clearance and visa formalities for the team are to be done by the supplier. 39. Bidder is to quote separate price for training of individual person per day for the team. BAF may increase/decrease the number of person/period of stay if deemed necessary. 40. BAF training team will go to the bidder’s facility by commercial airlines at BAF expenses. The team will return back by commercial airlines or by BAF ferry helicopters fully or partially as convenient to BAF, at BAF cost.

41. Overhauling agency is to provide training for 04 X Pilot, 01 X Flt Engr and 01 X Engineering Officer on FLIR system and NVG Cockpit Light & NVG after completion of installation and commissioning such components in helicopter. Bidder is to provide simulator training on NVG for duration of minimum 01 week at bidder’s facility and Practical training for minimum 02 weeks at Bangladesh (within the period of stay of supplier’s specialists in Bangladesh for assembly and acceptance of the helicopters). Bidder is to quote separate cost for training on FLIR and NVG Lights & Goggles. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS & CONDITIONS 42. The bidder is responsible for ensuring proper Govt. license/permission for importing the contracted goods from Bangladesh to the repair & overhaul factory and their return to Bangladesh. The supplier’s failure to return the goods to Bangladesh, occasioned for reasons on this ground would make the bidder liable to replace the same by anotherBell-212 model helicopter with equal/less calendar/operational hours. 43. Bidder is to possess Govt license/approval for importing/re-exporting of tendered military items from and to the country where the repair & overhaul factory is located. In case the same is not in bidder’s possession, then bidder is to confirm that they will intimate DGDP about the possession of such license/approval within 30 days of opening the operative Letter of Credit (LC). BAF helicopter will ferry after above confirmation from the bidders. For failure to confirm the above requirement DGDP may cancel the contract. 44. The bidder is to mention clearly about the requirement of End User Certificate (EUC) in the offer. 45. If the repair/overhaul factory and the supplier are in two different countries then the item/items has/have to be sent to repair/overhaul factory. In this case, the bidder is to produce a certificate from the repair & overhaul factory to this effect that:

a. The factory has the requisite Govt. license for importing and re-exporting the tendered/contracted military goods. Necessary permission of concern ministries of the country is also to be obtained by the overhauling plant for BAF helicopters. b. BAF will obtain necessary permission of concern ministries only in Bangladesh in case of the helicopters are ferried by air by the BAF arrangement. c. The bidder/factory will be responsible to clear the BAF helicopters and associated items from the customs/port/Airport as applicable during arrival and departure. d. The bidder/factory will return the contracted helicopters to BAF after 3000 hours inspection/overhaul as per the contract.

46. The bidder must mention the name and full address including telephone number, Fax number and e-mail address. The bidder is also to mention full address of the firm/factory from where the helicopter will be overhauled in the offer. 47. The bidder is to mention the name of port of entry (sea/airport) where the helicopters are to be sent by BAF and name of port of exit (sea/airport) from where the helicopters are to be shipped to consignee in Bangladesh after overhaul by the supplier.

48. The bidder is to mention full address of the firm/factory to which the helicopters are to be consigned to by BAF. 49. The bidder must mention the name and full address of the local agent in the offer. 50. During the custody of the goods with the bidder, it will be bidder’s responsibility to ensure its safety and proper condition. As such, if any loss, damage or deterioration in condition of the helicopter/ items occurs, it will be bidder’s liability to replace it with a helicopter / component of the same or less hours in the right and operational condition. 51. The bidder is to quote the cost of 3000 hours inspection / overhaul of each helicopter separately in US Dollar. The bidder is also to quote the freight charge by air/sea (including disassembly, crating, and transpiration of the helicopters and all major components) separately in US Dollar in case the helicopters cannot be flown both ways (Bangladesh to overhauling facility and vice versa). 52. Lowest bidder will be determined with accumulated quoted cost of the following:

a. Basic cost of 3000 hours inspection/overhaul of the helicopter including complete replacement of the wiring/harness and connector.

b. Cost related to BAF training team (oversee training). c. Cost related to shipment of the helicopters from Bangladesh to overhauling facility and vice versa through sea shipment in dismantled/crated condition (if finally decided by BAF).

53. No increase of price at any stage after submission of offer will be accepted by BAF. The offered unit price and total price against each item must be correct. If the unit price or total price of an item is found in correct, then that unit price or total price will be taken into consideration which will be benefited to BAF. 54. Due to the fault of supplier, if any changes required in contract/LC then all expenses shall have to be borne by the supplier. 55. Offer must remain valid at least up to 30th June 2019. Within the validity of the offer, withdrawal of offer or unwillingness to sign the contract by the technically accepted bidder will not be accepted. In such cases, actions would be taken against the principal supplier and the local agent as per DGDP rules. 56. Part shipment: Allowed. 57. Part Payment: Allowed if BAF ships helicopters partly. 58. The payment will be made after the successful completion of the inspection by the bidder and on production of joint acceptance certificate. 59. Payment Terms. Payment will be made through irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) as follows:

a. 80% payment of Net CPT/CFR value will be made on production of joint acceptance certificate signed by both BAF and the supplier at the bidder’s facility. More so, the supplier must provide inspection report/certificate and warranty/guarantee certificate.

b. 10% payment will be made after completion of satisfactory 100 flying hours/ 03 months whichever comes earlier after acceptance.

c. The rest 10% payment will be made after completion of the warranty period of 300 flying hours /12 months whichever occurs first after date of signing the acceptance certificate by BAF and satisfactory acceptance of 100% items by BAF after inspection/functional test (as applicable) on production of Certificate Receipt Voucher (CRV) and on written clearance from DGDP. d. 100% cost of training will be paid on completion of the training and producing the training completion certificate.

60. Compliance of tender terms & conditions to be mentioned in the offer by the bidder as per the sequence. Bidder is to provide required appropriate information against each clause clearly (where necessary) instead of mentioning “complied/not complied”. No contradictory “Sentence/Word” (like quote is subject to availability/prior to sell/subject to export license approval or word so) will be accepted by BAF/DGDP. 61. All other terms & conditions which are not covered here will be as per DGDP rules and regulations.

1. Installation of Direction Finding System: The supplier is to supply and install 02 X direction finding system (model–DF 935-2 with control unit 715-40 series or upgraded version) with installation kits and all accessories in 02 helicopter (serial no 30804 & 31131) during its overhaul. Existing VHF homer model: ZG-2 is to be removed from helicopter serial no 30804 during installation of new model Direction Finding System and handed over to BAF. 2. The system must be brand new and manufactured not earlier than 2018. All the items must be compatible with Bell - 212 helicopter. 3. The supplier is to be provided the brochure / technical specification for newly proposed above mentioned equipments in details with the offer. 4. The supplier is to be provide 03 X Manuals (operations, maintenance and parts catalog) for newly proposed above equipment including installation diagram, modification leaflet, check list and other pertinent documents (where ever applicable) to BAF. Necessary entry will be made in log books in English for the entire modification/ installation job. 5. The supplier is to be provide warranty for period of 300 hrs flying/12 months whichever comes earlier from the date of signing the acceptance certificate by both the parties after satisfactory acceptance. If any of the items is found defective with in warranty period, it must be repaired/rectified within 60 days from the date of reporting of such defect to the supplier at their own expenses including both ways airfreight and insurance charges. However, period of unserviceability for more than 60 days will be added to the warranty period 6. All the removable equipment’s/items from the helicopter (replaced by the new equipment) are to be handed over to BAF overseas team after completion of the overhauling job.
