For My Sister Friends, LLC (FMSF) began as a written expression and inspiration in the blogosphere – of President and Life Transformation Specialist Tina C. Hines. Tina recognized that there are women everywhere who are seeking an atmosphere where they can relax, release, rejuvenate and relate to other women who are facing similar challenges.

For My Sister Friends provides women with a safe environment to let their guard down and share their challenges and receive support when needed. Our goal is to assist in improving the lives of the women who may walk in the darkness and need to be guided toward light. One of Tina’s favorite quotes is “When you feel good internally, it is exuded externally. No make-up required.”

Tina C. Hines is the Life Transformation Specialist and President of For My Sister Friends LLC, a forum that provides women (regardless of race, religion or lifestyle) with a safe environment to let their guard down and share their challenges and receive support when needed.

Tina’s career has always had one major focus – to assist her sister friends in reconnecting with the woman who has lain dormant or as she calls it ‘get your stuff back’. This is done by providing the women with a safe environment to let their guard down. Through what could only be described as the Zen quality inherent within Tina, she has found a way to connect with all women and help them better their lives.

Tina’s commitment to providing an organization to improve the lives of others stems from her experiences in the corporate world of executive offices. She has played a key role in maintaining executive operations at several well-known organizations, including Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Black Enterprise Magazine and Johnson & Johnson. These on-the-job trainings have catapulted her into her own personal consulting business as a Life Transformation Specialist.

Born and raised in Central New Jersey, Tina holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In her free time, she enjoys writing, traveling and identifying ways to inspire her “sister friends”.
