CHOICE OF ENTRÉE:• If there is a price discrepancy between entrées, the highest

price will prevail for all selections, plus an additional $10.00 per person.

• Guarantee of attendance and the numerical breakdown/count for each entrée are due by 12:00 noon three business days prior to your event date.

• To ensure the highest level of service, clients are required to provide place cards to identify entrée selections.

• Tableside choice of Entrée requires two courses prior to entrée for proper kitchen preparation.

• A $25.00 per person fee is required for table side choice of entrée.

• Choice of entrée either with RSVP or table side required to identical seasonal vegetable and accompaniment.

MENU TASTINGS:• A food and beverage minimum of $5,000.00, exclusive of tax

and service charge, is required for menu tastings.• Menu tastings are to be scheduled 60—90 days prior to the

wedding date for a maximum of four guests. Additional guests will be charged the “per person menu price.”

• All tastings will take place Monday - Thursday at 3:00pm, based on availability.

• No menu tastings will be conducted over Holidays or Holiday weekends.

• Tastings scheduled outside of our standard times must be approved by the Executive Chef and Wedding Specialist.

PARKING:• Day of event parking is $13.00 per vehicle, exclusive of tax and gratuity,

and will be charged to the master account unless otherwise specified.• Overnight valet parking is available for $43 per night, per vehicle

exclusive of tax and service charge.• Self parking is not available on premises.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING: • Any materials required for upcoming events may be sent to the hotel

three days prior to the event. • The first five boxes are complimentary, and there will be a $5.00

handling fee for each additional box. • All packages and collateral to be addressed as the following: Wedding Party Name

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS:• Based upon availability and a minimum of (10) ten guestrooms per

night, a block of rooms may be set aside at a special rate for your guests. Please note that an agreement will be required to secure these guestrooms.

• The Bride and Groom will be provided a complimentary suite for the night of the wedding.

PRICING AND GUARANTEES:• 24 percent taxable service charge and 7 percent sales tax will

be added to all food, beverage, audio visual and destination services.

• Prices are subject to change and can only be guaranteed within 60 days of your event date.

• A guaranteed guest head count is required by 12:00 noon, three business days prior to your function date. This will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend, unless your attendance exceeds your guarantee.

• This guarantee will apply to all food and beverage items. If the hotel is not advised of a guaranteed count, the expected number of guests will become the guaranteed count.

• For functions with guarantees below 100, we will set and prepare for the guaranteed guest count.

• It is our policy that no outside food or beverage of any kind may be brought into the hotel by clients or their attendees.

• Rental fees apply for ceremony and select reception spaces.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:• Chef attendant charge of $150.00 per chef are valid for up to

two hours. There will be a charge of $75.00 per hour, for each additional hour. One Chef is required for every 75 guests when utilizing an action station.

• Bartender fee of $150.00 per bartender is required. One bartender per 75 guests is required.

ALCOHOL:• The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the

Florida State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. No alcoholic beverages of any kind may be brought into the hotel.

• Florida law requires that all alcohol sales will conclude at 1:30am in accordance with licensing.

DEPOSIT POLICY:• An initial deposit is required, along with a signed Catering Agreement

to reserve space for your event.• Additional deposits will be due prior to your event.• Full payment of the charges based on your estimated number of

guests is due (10) ten business days prior to your event. Payment must be made by credit card or bank certified check. If a personal check is used, an additional two weeks must be allowed for processing.

WEDDING EVENT MANAGER:• Your Wedding Event Manager will assist you with the details of your

menu planning, room set–up, audio visual needs, signage and other aspects of your event. Please note the hotel still recommends a wedding planner to assist with all of your needs.

• All event details should be finalized at least ten (10) days prior to arrival.

MISCELLANEOUS:• All food and beverage for events must be purchased through the hotel.• Outdoor ceremony venue fees include white garden chairs, set up and

tear down.• Additional items included in the rental fees are, standard hotel linens,

napkins, glassware, china, silverware, dance floor and risers.
