Suzy, a Registered Nurse of 30 years, brings to Home Care Plus 20 years in home care, care coordination and care management experience. Tom, formerly with IBM and founder/president of a networking infrastructure company, is now co-owner and CEO/COO.

When Suzy’s father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2001, she and her family were faced with an overwhelming journey with his care. Through both her professional and personal experience, Suzy acquired a strong knowledge base and a clear understanding of the complexities of senior care services.
