PROGRAM OVERVIEWOrganizations feel an urgency to bridge the gap between the leaders they need to meet their many challenges and those they currently have.

The solution is often found internally with committed people who want to contribute more, fully exercise their leadership and advance in their careers.

The “Essentials of an MBA Online” program was designed specifically to support organizations in their desire to accelerate the development of leaders at all levels and to support those who wish to develop their potential. It allows them to take a step back to get to know themselves better, determine their professional growth needs and then acquire the knowledge, management tools and analytical grids that they need to succeed in the new business world that is currently emerging.

LEARNING APPROACHThe “Online EsMBA” for Iranian executives program is a hybrid course which makes use of the advantages of both online and onsite learning (1 session of 4-5 hours per week).

While online learning will provide access to workshops with internationally renowned professors, interactive onsite sessions with facilitators and trainers from Nesha Group will customize and deepen the lessons through group work, case studies, and discussions. The collaboration between HEC Montréal professors and Nesha Group trainers helps the program be more localized and suited for Iranian executives and businesses.

TESTIMONIALS about HEC Montréal and Nesha Group collaborations

MOHAMMAD JAMEI MOGHADDAM CEO of Noavaran Modiriat Saba

“I’d heard a lot about the BCG strategy matrix, and I even taught it in my classes. But a program has never been successful in teaching me the mindset and rationale behind it. The strategic thinking program with professor Hafsi, however, was able to teach me that this seemingly repetitive and common practice in management teachings in Iran is yet to be fully understood and learnt! Maybe that is why, despite all the present teachings in the field of strategy, most of our companies generally fail to manage strategically.”

MOHAMMAD HAMIDI NEJHADManager of production lines modification projects at Golgohar Sirjan inc.

“Different than many past programs, which mainly had mere academic and theoretical value, this program was indeed a workshop, and I learned practically from it.”

RUHOLLAH GORGANIHead of institution of higher education of Tehran Municipality

“I had the privilege to take part in this valuable program. The takeaway from it was that strategic management in public and private sectors is vastly different. You simply can’t use the same strategic management tools for the private sector to lead and manage the public sector.”

MOSTAFA HASHEMIStrategy deputy of Pegah Golestan

“My responsibility is strategic planning, and I can say that there are no tools or best practices that I haven’t heard about in my line of work. But during my learning experience with the Nesha Group and HEC Montréal, I learnt that strategic behavior is based on mental and emotional pillars. Without hope and the ability to delay gratification, strategic planning is pointless.”
