1. For the network cable installation, adhere to the rules of each fieldbus such as cable length or cable branching method.
2. Supply power onto the end plate

PROFINET PROFINET is the open industrial Ethernet standard of PROFIBUS & PROFINET International (PI) for automation. PROFINET uses TCP/IP and IT standards, and is, in effect, real-time Ethernet. In the AIDA (Automation Initiative of German Automobile Manufacturers) combined German car manufacturers, Audi, BMW, Daimler, Porsche and VW, share on PROFINET as the emerging network standard for the automation of manufacturing plants.
The PROFINET standard defines three different performance levels (NRT, RT and IRT) which cover the various requirements from different applications. PROFINET NRT (Non Real Time):
