s. Jersey Girls: Pennsauken wins softballtourneyShelby Snyder fashioned a pair of 14-strikeout shutouts and supplied a game-winning RBIyesterday as Pennsauken captured the Glassboro Tournament softball title.
Snyder, who limited Glassboro to three hits, scored twin sister Haley with a fifth-inning single inthe Indians' 1-0 semifinal victory.
Pennsauken then edged Deptford, 1-0, in the championship game, when Snyder tossed a two-hitter and Sam Torres drove in Amanda Hershey with a one-out double in the eighth inning.
