Unbilled usage summary information now available in eBill for Premier

Usage data you need throughout your billing cycleCompany and billing administrators, you now have access to summary information and a holistic view of current unbilled usage for foundation accounts and billing accounts. The information is presented using clickable, interactive graphics. The data can be downloaded to new foundation and billing account level reports. With these tools, you can analyze your usage and make changes as needed to stay within your limits and budget.

You can access unbilled usage for data, voice, and text throughout your billing cycle. With a foundation and billing account selected, unbilled usage is available in the following formats:

– Unbilled usage summaries on the landing page are presented as data-ring graphics. Clicking on a ring section updates the table below it to show details for the billing account in context.

– Segmented bar graphs summarize billing-level shared or pooled group usage. Clicking on one of the bars updates the data in the table below it to show line-level usage details.

With a wireless number selected, unbilled usage is shown on a newly designed wireless number summary page. Data and voice usage is presented in bar graphs. Clicking on the graph updates the on-page table below it to show details.*

You can generate and schedule unbilled usage reports for offline delivery to the View generated reportspage. Reports can be generated or scheduled for daily, weekly, or monthly delivery. *Also available to Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs) with and without billing account-level access.

Viewing usage summaries for data, voice, and text

Unbilled usage summaries at a glanceYou can now see unbilled usage trends at a glance or view summary details with a click. You can also generate reports for delivery with a few clicks.

You can access unbilled usage summaries with a foundation and billing account selected. On the eBill homepage, click BILLING, then on the Usage menu, click View unbilled usage.

On the Unbilled Usage landing page you can:

– Choose a View by option.– View color-coded usage summaries.– Click a data-ring segment to view the

summary and populate billing account details in the table below it.

– Choose to generate or schedule a report.– Export the table results.

To view summary details, click a segment.

Click to export the table results.

Viewing Mobile Share groups and pooled groups* usage

View unbilled group usageWith a foundation and billing account selected, you can now view and analyze unbilled usage on one page for all shared or pooled groups.

Bar graph colors represent the percent of the plan allotment for data and voice used: Red ̶ overage, orange ̶ over 90%, yellow ̶ over 75%, and green ̶ under 75%.

On each bar, you can click View details, which populates the details at the bottom of the page, or Export data.

In the Generate reports section, you can Generate or Schedule reports. See page 5for information.

* Pooled groups include AT&T Mobile Select℠ plans and legacy pooled plans.

Report options

Generate or schedule reports with a few clicksIn a few clicks, you can generate or request scheduled unbilled usage reports for all billing accounts on a foundation account. Reports can be generated or scheduled for any of the unbilled usage summary pages.You can:– Select a checkbox for one of four report options,

and then click Generate.Or– Click Schedule; the Unbilled usage report

scheduling page opens. Here, you select a report, the frequency schedule, and a delivery profile.*

– Click Schedule report.

The report is delivered to the View generated reports page. Scheduled reports can easily be rescheduled or canceled as needed.* Additional options are available depending on the report

options selected.

More information– Unbilled usage data is updated daily.

– Anyone with login credentials may view and export.

– A foundation and billing account must be selected to view unbilled usage summaries.

– From the landing page I want to view usage for menu, you can choose which summary type you want to view. The options are: Lines of service, Zero usage, Mobile Share groups,* and Data and voice pooling.*

– Summary Detail tables can be sorted when the column heading displays an ascending or descending arrow.

– On summary pages, the data summary or data details can be exported.

– You can:

• Generate a report that includes all billing accounts or a single billing account.

• Schedule a report for all billing accounts on the foundation account, or for a single billing account, if the foundation account has only one.

– Your reports can be found on the View Download Reports page.

– Mobile Share groups, pooled groups, and mobile device number summary pages all have the same look and feel. (See page 4.)

* These options appear only for users with Mobile Share or pooling group options.
