Rock ‘n’ Roll is Good for the Soul! That’s the approach The Clatter takes into every live performance. Made up of veteran rockers who have been on the local and national music scene since the 1970s, The Clatter have integrated everything from three-part harmonies to blistering guitar solos to form an eclectic mixture of classic rock cover tunes and originals that please Detroit-area club goers from 20-somethings to the Baby Boomers! The Clatter include Bassist/Vocalist Lou Wysocki, a former member of the 70s and 80s touring rock band, The Lordz, and the driving force behind The Howards since 1990. Guitarist/Vocalist Kim Madeleine grew up cutting his teeth in the Dilemma, and was a founding member of the Flexx Band, a fixture on the Detroit and East Lansing club scenes in the 1970s, and played with the Howards during the past few years. Drummer/Vocalist Dennis Zavis grew up in the music business and most recently was with The Pinch and Mid-Life Crisis. Whether it’s playing a set of their well-written original tunes, or cover songs from the 60s, 70s and 80s, the members of The Clatter guarantee the showmanship and energy that keeps the dance floor crowded and non-dancers rocking in their seats.
