Our Training Programs• Timing : the Program is accessible throughout the year, even in summer

• Age range : from 5 on 55

• Participants per group : from 11 up till 27

• Groups will be composed per age group, respecting the used categorization-format in professional football and mainly but not specifically categorized as follows : U9-U12-U14-U17-U20-U23, veterans from 37 and elder

• Training facilities and accommodation : at the sporting complex of the Grande Hotel de Luso, UEFA-qualified training complex

• Extra-training facilities : at the sporting complex of Académica de Coimbra

Measuring up : the friendlies• Friendly-game : at the sporting complex of S.L. Benfica

• Guided visit in the Estádio da Luz of Benfica and in the Museum of S.L. Benfica

• Other clubs participating to the Foot Flavor™ program are : FC Porto, Sporting Lisbon, FC Braga, which can be adjusted to the program or substitute the program built around S.L. Benfica, maintaining the overall concept of sporting game, visit to the stadium and museum

• Tourism and accommodation on location

• Registration of the friendly-game by a camera-team in 4K-quality

• Participants receive award, official training- and football-suit, medal, certificate, medal, copy of the game on Blu-ray disk.

Welcome to Coimbra

• Coimbra is a the fourth-largest city in Portugal ; about 460,000 people live in the Região de Coimbra, comprising 19 municipalities and extending into an area 4,336 square kilometres.Among the many archaeological structures dating back to the Roman era are its well-preserved aqueduct and cryptoporticus. Similarly, buildings from the period when Coimbra was the capital of Portugal (from 1131 to 1255) still remain.

• During the Late Middle Ages, with its decline as the political centre of the Kingdom of Portugal, Coimbra began to evolve into a major cultural centre. This was in large part helped by the establishment the University of Coimbra in 1290, the oldest academic institution in the Portuguese-speaking world.

• Apart from attracting many European and international students, the university is visited by many tourists for its monuments and history. Welcome to Aveiro• Aveiro is a very charming, beautiful city and a municipality in Portugal, is the second most populous city in

the Centro Region of Portugal (after Coimbra). Along with the neighbouring city of Ílhavo, Aveiro is part of an urban agglomeration that includes 120,000 inhabitants, making it one of the most important populated regions by density in the Centro Region, and primary centre of the Intermunicipal Community of Aveiro and Baixo Vouga.
