PNB Darby Park Features 100 Dishes for Ramadan Buffet

Come Ramadan, diners are spoilt for choice with a range of both local and international cuisine. This year, 10Binjai

and The 39 Restaurant present a variety for all taste buds. The break fast experience would never be the same

again.

The buffet galore starts on 23 July and ends on 12 August 2012. At The 39 Restaurant, chefs have prepared

home-cooked food an all-time favourite featuring contemporary and kampung-styled dishes such as ‘Lasagne’

Serunding Ayam, Fresh Grilled Fish, Yong Tau Foo, Pais Ikan, Ikan Siakap Tiga Rasa, Rendang Tok, Ayam Lemak

Nangka Muda, Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri, Ikan Masin Lemak Nenas, Fresh Oyster and Mussel, Sambal Belimbing

For the whole of Ramadhan, come savour the best of traditional Malay flavours at the Carousel International

Coffeehouse in Palace of the Golden Horses as we tour you through Malaysia’s best flavours for the palate with

five different menus from all states hitting northern to southern, allowing guests to try a variety of food every day.

The assortment of kerabu, serunding and ulam makes for tantalising appetisers. There are also various soups and

jeruk and the must-have at buka puasa - bubur lambuk. Old-time favourites such as Nasi Briyani and Ayam Percik

are served alongside with other mouth-watering specialities such as Patin Tempoyak, Ikan Masin Masak Lemak

Bernangka, Dalcha Tulang Rawan Kambing and Daging Salai Masak Lemak Sri Pahang.

To spice up the experience, there will also be various ‘warung’ (food stations), where guests can place their orders

and derive some culinary tips from the chefs who prepare for them. Some of the warung, such as the noodle

station, change their menu weekly to offer different regional favourites such as Laksa Johor, Laksa Kedah, Mee

Rebus and Mee Kari Nyonya.

Meanwhile, other stations such as the roast and grill stations will feature the roasted offerings such as Kambing
