A LEGACY OF GIVING

Financial support from foundations and donor-advised funds are an investment in hunger relief. Grants and donor-advised funds sustain critical emergency food programs while strengthening our countywide network of food distribution partners. Grants support programs that provide food for familes with children and allow us to provide for the most vulnerable among us. They also provide education and skill-building for teens and teach adults how to eat healthy and cook and shop on a budget.

Our VisionTo eliminate hunger in Lane County

Our MissionTo alleviate hunger by creating access to food.

FOOD for Lane County is an equal opportunity employer and provider and a member of

A VAST AND VARIED NETWORK OF SUPPORT

Food donations keep emergency food pantry shelves stocked — from Florence to Oakridge and Juction City to Cottage Grove. We rely on food donations from a variety of sources, including wholesalers and retail grocery stores, farms, food drives, companies and individuals. More than 60% of the more than 7.6 million pounds we distributed last year came from local donors. We are forever grateful for the enthusiastic and generous support. Thank you to these major donors for donating $1,000 or more or 1,000 or more pounds of food.
