Why? Overnight guests have fewer options and

bars/lounges, catering, dining rooms, cafes, vending machines, etc.

Many foods need to be kept/served at a certain temperature to stay safe

Cooks/ servers need to constantly wash their hands to make sure the food they are serving does not get contaminated.
