FOOD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

My food industry experience was in the restaurant where I had the opportunity to learn to work fast and for many people, because most day of the week was kept full. I could develop my skills and learn new techniques of the different areas.

CULINARY PREFERENCES

My culinary preferences is a Mediterranean food because love the seafood and I find very interesting the use of various spices that can be used in a dish giving it a unique flavor and different.

FUTURE PLANS

My future plans is obtain the necessary experience to achieve devote to running a restaurant. Also I hope to have my own catering businnes since it is a great opportunity for me to know and be part of a large field where people feel satisfied with the service we provide them.

I would ike to expand my horizons and travel to also learn and know to have alternative work.
