Foetron believes that though right technology investment is a very well-thought out decision which any organization goes ahead with, the rightadoption of technology, especially for an enterprise with mixed age group,is a huge challenge for effective business growth.
Therefore, Foetron has developed a unique Business Transformation withTechnology series wherein we have taken care of several Businesschallenges like Unified Communication solutions.
As part of this series, we have designed an extensive Adoption &Development program to enable organizations for right adoption ofTechnology. The program is aimed to assist in transformation thus, theprogram modules can be chosen as per the organization’s businessrequirement. The total duration for the program is dependent on thebusiness requirements, goals and the stage where the organization is at, asper our Business Transformation with Technology parameters. The programcan last few weeks to few months. A senior team member from theorganization should be appointed to coordinate the smooth implementationof the program.

1. Office 365 Productivity Suite Overview
• Overview of utility and feature for each product from Office 365productivity suite is shared
• Attended by department heads & senior management
• Few key senior persons from each department can also participate
2. Consulting and freezing the products for Adoption & Developmentprogram’s sessions, in sync with business requirements of differentteams
• The department heads and senior management come together toshare their business requirements
• They share the Office 365 products that they think will be mostsuitable for their respective teams

• Foetron Cloud Evangelist consults to ensure the sessions’ suitabletimeline is prepared, agreed on as well as the most suitable product ischosen from based on the shared business requirements.
3. Product sessions
• As per the agreed timeline, sessions are conducted.
• These sessions are well-designed and planned to ensure goodintegration of theoretical understanding as well as hands-on usage.
• An infrastructure with required software, laptops and high-speedinternet is the basic requirement for expected outcome of thesesessions.
