    start

    programmes

    Accessiores

    Communications

    Hyperterminal

    Then we have to give name and then

    we have to select COM3/COM5 for

    making communications and forbaud rate we have to select the

    default settings

    Then we can see the

    temp

    Commands will be displayed only after doing this following

    File --> Properties--> settings-->ASDI set up --> then we have to

    select ECO then ok --> then ok

    Lumasense consists 6 relays

    --> OTI ALARM

    -->OTI TRIP

    -->WTI ALARM

    -->WTI TRIP

    -->COOLING STAGE -1 ON

    --> COOLING STAGE-2 ON

    For all these relays there will be two set

    points one is above temperature ,below

    temperature.

    For each relay there will be one source

    nothing but the temperature channels

    Note:- Each command should be preceeded by the symbol

    ' >'

    NORMAL MODE

    START

    To set above

    temperature of the relay

    Y/N

    To see the temperature

    settings of all the relays

    >r1

    Okay

    >b1=155

    Attempting Below greater than Above.>b1=140

    Okay

    >r1

    >a1=135

    Attempting Above less than Below.>a1= 135 Note space between = and

    1.

    Wrong character in parameter.

    >a1=180

    Okay

    >rall

    relay normally operate in three modes

    --> normal mode

    -->force mode

    --> retrive mode

    sx-> associates relay x with a source(temp probe channel )

    s--> is the source parameter for the logic

    syntax: >sx=source-code

    ex: >s1=4(1st relay soruce is 4 )

    GENERAL COMMANDS

    MAX--> Reports the max temp for

    all measurement channels

    syntax: >max

    >tallreport force temperautes

    To change the temperature

    range for analogue o/ps

    >dall

    Displays the analogue o/p range

    corresponding to the temperatur

    ranges of all channels

    to change higher temperature value

    syntax:>htx=parameter value

    ex: To change value from 200-->150

    >ht1=150

    to change lower temperature value

    syntax:>ltx=parameter value

    ex: To change value from -30-->0

    >lt1=0

    IN Thermasset2 ,

    temp measurement range is (-30 TO 200 deg)

    -30-->4mA

    200-->20mA
