Interested PIAs may submit their proposal online at www.ruralskills.in. While preparing the proposal, revised CNN (Cost Norm Notification) is to be taken into account as per MoRD Notification No. 25/2016, dated 4th May 2016. Training programmes shall be completely residential and for a duration of at least 6 (six) months, as detailed in Programme Guidelines of DDU-GKY issued in July, 2016. The PIA will have to pay an application fee for an amount of ~ 25,000, through NEFT/ RTGS to the bank NC of NABARD Consultancy Services Pvt.
