CONSTRUCTION DRAWING (CD)
1. Architects have to make sure the codes used in CD meets state, city and local code in construction.
2. As a reference to begin construction.
3. This might be the final drawing if there’s no changes of the design or structure of building.
CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION PHASE
Provide administration of contract for construction
Monitor the progress on site regular intervals
make sure construction of the building runs smoothly
-review shop drawings, product data and samples for general
conformance to the design intent.
Report the Owner about the progress of the work
- provide supplemental documents to clarify
design intent for the contractor.
Review then accept or reject the contractor's application payment.
Inspect the work
Interpret and dedicate the matters if there are any changes
HAND-OVER
1.Architects stop working on the site.
2.Transfer every resources to other organisation.
3.Even though the job is terminated, operation and maintenance should be carried out frequently.
4.Contractor will then produce an As-Built Drawing for the built construction.
