Intended Audience The content of this document is designed to facilitate the users -managers, supervisors and others of Advanced Google Maps Store Locator Extension for Magento 2. A step by step instruction has been added to this document to help users to install the extension on Magento 2. This extension will only work on Magento 2. User Guide

After installation of module, make sure the setup is upgraded and static-contents are deployed. Login

to admin panel and flush you Magento cache storage.

I. How to Configure the Extension At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Configurations. Here you will have access to the following

configurations:

General Settings:

1. Enable Extension: Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to enable or disable extension respectively. If extension is

disabled, one cannot view or change either mode from backend and will be redirected to store’s

main page.

2. Page Title for Frontend: Add your title that you want to show on frontend.

3. Page Meta for Frontend: Add your Meta Keyword and Meta Description.

4. Page Heading for Frontend: Add your page heading and subheading that you want to show on

frontend.

5. Set Default latitude Longitude: Default store listing page will be focus on these latitude and

longitude on Google map.

6. Set Default Zoom: Default store listing page will be use this zoom level on Google map.

7. Google Map API: Google map API will use everywhere in extension where need to get data from

Google map API.

8. Store Image: This image will be shown with store listing data.

9. Marker Image: This image will be shown on Google map as marker on store listing page and

store detail page.



Search

1. Default Radius: This is used for search on listing page tag listing page. The default value of

radius will be set with that.

2. Maximum Radius: This is used for search on listing page tag listing page. The maximum value

of radius will be set with that.

Manage Links

1. Enable Footer Link: Select Yes or No to enable or disable footer link respectively.

2. Footer Link label: This will be used in footer as a link label.

Search Engine Optimization

1. Store Identifier: This will be used to access the store listing page on frontend.

2. URL Suffix: You can .html or any other suffix for your store identifier.

3. Tag URL Suffix: This is use for tag URL prefix.



II. How to Manage/Add Stores

Step 1 – Go to Manage Stores

At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Manage Stores. Here you will find all the Stores. Click on “Add

New Size Charts” to continue.



Step 2 – Add General Information

Now first you have to add Store General Information. For the purpose of this guide we have added the

following information.

Step 3 – Add Google Map Information

Once ‘General Information’ is provided you will have to provide Information. For the purpose of this

guide we have added the following information.



Please Note: Latitude and Longitude are required for location to be added.

Step 4 – Add SEO Information

Here you have to provide your Meta information for SEO purposes. For the purpose of this guide we

have added the following information.

Step 5 – Add Store Timings

Chose you store timings which can be created in by looking at Part VI. For the purpose of this guide we

have selected the following.



Step 6 – Add Store Tags

Chose you store tags which can be created in by looking at Part IV. For the purpose of this guide we


Step 7 – Add Store Holidays

Chose you store Holidays which can be created in by looking at Part V. For the purpose of this guide we




Step 8 – Attach Products

Attach products from your eCommerce store to this store. For the purpose of the guide we have chosen

the following.



Step 9 – Frontend

Now at the frontend your store will appear as the following on the ‘Store Locator Page’ and its own

store page. You can always go back and edit this information.

III. How to Import Stores


At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Manage Stores. Here you will find all the Stores. Click on

“Import Store” to continue.

Step 2 – Import Store

Now here you can upload your CSV store information. All stores added will be available at Manage

Stores.



IV. How to Manage/Add Tags


At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Tags. Here you will find all the Tags. Click on “Add New Tag” to

continue.

Now here you can add your tag information. For the purpose of this guide we have added the following.

Once saved the tag can you use when creating/editing store in Part II and can be views at the frontend.



V. How to Manage/Add Holidays


At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Holiday. Here you will find all the Tags. Click on “Add New

Holiday” to continue.




Now here you can add your holiday information. For the purpose of this guide we have added the

following. Once saved the holiday can you use when creating/editing store in Part II and can be views at

the frontend.

VI. How to Manage/Add Timetables


At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Timetables. Here you will find all the Tags. Click on “Add New

Timetable” to continue.




Now here you can add your timetable information. Each days timing can be added individually. For the

purpose of this guide we have added the following. Once saved the holiday can you use when

creating/editing store in Part II and can be views at the frontend.
