Flying Saucers What does the Scriptures say, is it a sign of the end time? Immediately when we come to mention the words ‘the time of the end’, it immediately brings to my mind the words of our Lord Jesus, as we find it here in: Matthew 24:4-5, 11, and 24; 4 “And Jesus answered and said unto them, ‘Take heed that no man

deceive you. 5 For many shall come in My Name, saying, I am Christ: and shall

deceive many. 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall

show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”

In Matthew 24:4-5, we read that Jesus answered and said unto them: “Take heed that no man deceive you.” The whole of Matthew 24 like Mark 13 and Luke 21, are the three chapters recording for us the reply of our Lord Jesus to the question posed by his disciples regarding the signs of his coming and of ‘the time of the end’. Jesus’ first utterance about the time of the end, about the time of his coming is to ‘take heed that no man deceive you’. One of the outstanding features of the end time will be deception. How do you deceive? You can only deceive by coming so close to the real thing that only the expert can tell the difference. For example if you use false money, nobody will be able to deceive anyone with a badly reproduced ten rand note but if that ten rand note is so close to the real ten rand note that the only way in which to tell the difference is by the serial number (if you know it) or by holding it up against the light to see the water mark, then that person will have managed to deceive. So what is the most vulnerable side of our human existence in which deception will hurt the most? It is in our faith. It is in our believing and therefore, what we must guard against in the end time, is to be deceived as far as our faith is concerned. Therefore when we discuss the subject, Flying Saucers, I will be the first to admit that there are many of these phenomena. I believe they are of the devil himself and that they are imitation appearances. I will show you why I believe that Satan is fighting his last battle. My point that I want to reiterate is that there is a great deal of deception in these appearances. I know there are large schools of thought in the Christian faith which consider this flying saucer phenomena solely as from the occult and

connected to spiritism. I would like to show you in the Bible that I do not agree. I believe much of that is real and an indication, a sign and a warning of things to come - things that man cannot imagine, that we’ve never dreamt of. Most of the things that are going to happen we’ve never dreamt of because you would not read of that in history books. You will not read of it in science books either but these unknown things are coming. For example, when God warned Noah about the flood, the people had never seen a flood before. Noah had to believe God and Noah had to act accordingly. All but Noah’s family mocked that thought and therefore were unprepared because they reasoned, as most humans do - you want to reason from the known to the unknown and most of the things that are going to happen in connection with the coming of Christ is going to be the unknown as far as we are concerned. Except that I believe as it says in Amos, God will do nothing that He did not reveal first to his servants the prophets. Therefore I believe there’s nothing that will happen that we cannot find in the Bible and flying saucers I believe, is one of them. It is a very comprehensive subject but this book will provide a complete introduction thereof and in which I would like to highlight some aspects of this subject: Matthew 24:5, 11, 24; 5 “For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ: and shall

deceive many.” Can you see there is a deception again. 11 “And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.” 24 “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall

show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”

So these signs will appear to be a very, almost genuine appearance, of the ‘real’, to deceive the very elect. You can again see the emphasis on deception. We turn to Luke Chapter 21 which records our Lord Jesus’ reply in the words of Luke in answer to his disciples’ question regarding his second coming. Luke 21:11, 25; 11 “And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and

pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.”

25 “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;”

Anticipating a little, (we’ll come back to it again) some of these fearful sights, these phenomena that have been observed in the skies, have seemed like huge ocean liners usually in the shape of a cigar but the size of our ocean liners. Some of the pilot ships that have emerged from these huge monsters in the skies have been seen on the ocean liners’ radar screens. We have sent up aircraft to investigate and they have found that some of them were friendly and some of them were hostile. Some of these aircraft that have gone in pursuit of them or to investigate them disintegrated in the skies, some of them just disappeared, and some never came back again. Matthew 13 regarding the various parables: Matthew 13:24-30, 36-43; 24 “Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of

heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: 25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the

wheat, and went his way. 26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then

appeared the tares also. 27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir

didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?

28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.”

Let us now look at the interpretation of the parable from verse 36. 36 “Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and

his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom…..”

(So this good seed, the children of the kingdom, which is also called the wheat in the parable, are people. That is important, they are people and they were sowed by the Son of man). “….but the tares are the children of the wicked one;”

The tares are also people and they are children of the offspring of the wicked one, in other words, they are the children of the devil. So, the field is the world and there are two classes of people in the world - those that are sowed by the Son of man and those that are sowed or planted by the devil. In other words, those that are the offspring of God and those that are the offspring of Satan, in the world. 39 “The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of

the world; and the reapers are the angels.” So we see now the tares are people sowed by the devil and the wheat are also people, human beings, sowed by God. The field is the world, the reapers are the angels and the harvest is the end of the world. 40 “As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall

it be in the end of this world. 41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather

out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.”

In other words, the angels will come in the harvest time, which is the end of the world and they will come and separate these two classes of people that are so intermingled that no one else can tell the difference except the angels. This is my interpretation. You have got to believe if you agree with my interpretation. You have got to accept it by faith, because to me it is too huge to comprehend with my mind. As the Americans say, ‘it boggles your mind’. The angels will come and gather then out; and there are millions of people. The angels will come and gather those wicked people out from among the others. How are they going to gather them? Those people will have to be transported. Now see if I am being logical, they are going to be separated. Is there going to be a rapture then of wicked people, are wicked people just going to rise into the sky? How are they going to be transported? I believe, the Lord is going to use these chariots but I will show you many scriptures in the Bible where they have been used in that way to transport people. I believe these are portents, these are the first outcroppings, the first signs, the first large drops that are thrown ahead of a huge thunderstorm,

especially here on the Highveldt. I don’t know what your weather is like in Switzerland or Germany but here in our country during October, November when you have a big storm coming, you can see it, you can feel it, you can hear it but there is no rain and then all of a sudden you hear clop-clop, a few large drops on the roof, sometimes even spots of hail but the real storm has not come yet, yet those are the signs of the storm. Now it is amazing that, I would rather not say always, because I have not got the right to say it as I have not investigated it myself but I would like to show you a few instances from history and from the Bible where, when a great event is about to take place there are signs in the skies. I believe these flying saucers are some of those first outcroppings of great things to come in the beyond which are beginning to break through into our field of vision. One sign for instance, a very familiar sign in the Bible of which I think very few people have taken the time to investigate, is the star of Bethlehem when Jesus was born. Let us read those familiar Scriptures in: Matthew 2:2-3, 7, 9; 2 “Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? For we have

seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.” (What star? Let us have a closer look at this star. It is called a star but is it an ordinary star there in the sky millions of miles away?) 3 “When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled,

and all Jerusalem with him.” 7 “Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, inquired of

them diligently what time the star appeared.” 9 “When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star,

which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.”

Now where did the star appear if it were amongst the other stars? It could be above a whole city and each house would think that star is above it, as it is so high above. No, this star came right down and stood above where that child was, otherwise they would not have been able to tell which house. Now let me just anticipate a little bit. We have a brother in the faith, he lives in Barberton at the moment, but he came to a marvellous conversion, one of the most wonderful conversions that I’ve ever seen and he’s still an active witnessing child of God today, although this is now almost 20 years ago. He’s also a great business man. He said he went on one of his business trips between Vereeniging and Barberton and as they drove up from Magoebaskloof towards Nelspruit at night, all of a sudden a bright light

shone through the side of this “pick-up” in which they were travelling. He thought now what is this, perhaps he was imagining things? He said ‘I’ll rather watch my companion with me in front of the car’ and as he thought this, the man just cringed in his seat, did not say a word and just pulled himself up and tried to crawl as deep as he could underneath the dashboard. Then he looked out of his window and there he saw this bright light, just like a star, travelling at their side in the direction of Nelspruit. You who are from this country will know where it is. For the rest it is towards Lorenzo Marques or as it is called today, Maputo in Mozambique. This light was travelling in that direction. He said his hair just stood on end but he left it at that and the light went on ahead of them. The next day, the local paper “The Lowvelder”, reported that there were reports from all over the area about a flying saucer that had been seen. I went with him one day to Nelspruit. Now near Nelspruit they’ve got a Christian printing works “Immanuel Press” where they print thousands of tracts, especially for distribution amongst the black people. The man in charge at that time, a very godly man, was Pastor Phillips. When this brother took me there; he had of course previously spoken to Pastor Phillips, he took me especially to Pastor Phillips and said ‘Pastor Phillips, tell Pastor Neser in your own words, what happened on that same night when I saw what I call a flying saucer or star, as I travelled towards Nelspruit’. In front of Pastor Phillips’ house stood a palm tree. Pastor Phillips said to me, ‘you see this palm tree, just on the side of the palm tree, there came a star, a huge wall of fire all of a sudden and stood there, hung there, hovered there, next to the palm tree right in front of me and for quite a time’. He said ‘and I just sat there and just watched this, spellbound; and then it just disappeared like the snap of a finger out of my sight’. That very same night it was observed over such a large area as the Highveldt. From many other observations, these phenomena, these UFO’s or unidentified flying objects can travel at tremendous speed. It was observed, calculated and worked out on the radar screen that they could travel up to twenty thousand miles per hour and at that speed can change direction at right angles. Now those are laws that we know nothing about. We don’t know how they work to change direction at that speed but that was how it was observed. So therefore, it is also supernatural. Matthew 2:10; 10 “When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.” You must remember how these wise men from the East travelled. They travelled by foot or by camel certainly not by plane or by car or anything like

that. Now this star was ahead in front of them all the time. How fast did this star seem to travel? This was already. foretold by Balaam in Numbers Let’s look at Numbers 24:17; There are many other Scriptures which we will not address at this time. In Numbers 24:17, Balak tried to get Balaam to curse Israel and each time when Balaam opened his mouth, he just pronounced a blessing. It says here: 17 “I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there

shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.”

I do not say you must attached any story to it, but it is wonderful that it is again a star that is mentioned in connection with the coming of Jesus, that shall arise out of Jacob and is also connected with the Sceptre, that is the Government. In Josephus the Jewish historian’s records, at the time of the destruction of Jerusalem there were recorded strange appearances in the skies. They were chariots darting in and through and around the clouds and men dressed in full uniform running through the skies just before the destruction of Jerusalem. If people don’t want to accept that, it is not that important to me, because I’ve got many more scriptures, but I thought it was worth mentioning. You know the story which is well-known about the white cavalry - I think you’ve read about it in my book on Revelation so I won’t go into much detail here. But now, if we take for instance Revelation 19; I would like you to imagine how you would see what is described here. Revelation 19 with the heading: ‘The Second Coming of Christ in Glory’ Revelation 19:11-15; 11 “And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that

sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written. That no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.”

(Now this coming from the skies, this is what he sees).

15 “And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: - - - -”

When we compare scripture with scripture we find that at the time of the coming of Christ the heathen nations are in a state of revolt. They are in a state of rebellion against God and that the LORD comes to intervene and to destroy them, also on behalf of his people Israel, against whom they had secretly plotted and schemed and said, ‘let us destroy them for being a nation before God’. Here the LORD comes and I cannot imagine that this is all just spiritual, unseen and nothing will be seen? Why is it then described for us? Why were those white cavalry there and all the many phenomena that I am going to mention to you? I believe these things are going to be real. These are the things that are going to come from the skies and if we continue, you will see how the armies of the heathen are destroyed and how the birds of the air are invited to the feast to come and eat, to gorge themselves with the flesh of people and their horses and so forth. Acts 1:9; This is about the ascension of our Lord Jesus: 9 “And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was

taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.” Here it is called a cloud - a cloud received him out of their sight. I know there are various thoughts, some say it is connected with a cloud of witnesses. Some say it is connected with Ephesians Chapter 4, where a whole trade of captives followed him into the presence of the Lord and that they are the released departed from Sheol where they were taken captive or held captive. Or translated from the place of the departed of Sheol or the bosom of Abraham into the presence of God and that they are called this cloud of spirits that met Jesus as He went up. To me it says there was a cloud. I would like to show you where in many places (and then I will provide eyewitness accounts) where a cloud was also involved and how these, so-called flying saucers were generally connected and associated with clouds. Let us read Revelation 1:7; 7 “Behold, he cometh with clouds and every eye shall see him, and

they also which pierced him and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him.”

Amen, now behold he cometh with clouds. You’ve read that verse many times but what have you had in your mind? What did you picture for yourself - just a lot of clouds? Some people say He’ll come riding on a

cloud and this is ridiculous, it doesn’t mean that! Remember I showed you in the separation of the wheat and the tares that he’ll send his angels and they will separate the wheat and the tares. In other words there has to be a physical transportation. How are they going to be physically transported? It said the angels will do it. These wicked people will not fly through the sky on their own. They’ll have to be taken somewhere and it says it is into outer darkness and so on. It is not dead people but living people that will be separated and bound in bundles to be burned. I believe it’s the angels of the LORD coming in the chariots of God to pick these people up and physically, forcibly transport them and throw them out of the Kingdom of God. The Scripture tells us and shows that the coming of Christ is connected with a time of great turmoil on the earth, a time of great distress, a time of war and conflict as the world has never seen before. As a matter of fact, Jesus says in: Matthew 24:22; 22 “And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh

be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” That elect is Israel. For the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. How will the shortening take place? By the coming of Jesus, by the intervention, otherwise mankind will destroy itself including the elect (which is Israel) and which God will then protect. Now we read Ezekiel 30:1-3; 1 “The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Howl ye,

Woe worth the day! (In other words he is speaking about a terrible day). 3 For the day is near, even the day of the Lord is near, a cloudy day;

it shall be the time of the heathen.”

The time of the heathen will be a state of revolt, rebellion, poised to destroy God’s people and again it is connected with clouds. It is also clouds of tempest and so on. It is true, I can attest to that. Let us however continue. Matthew 17:5; That is the transfiguration of Jesus on the mount where Jesus went up on the mountain and was transfigured before them. 5 “While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them:

and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.”

This voice spoke from the cloud. They call it a cloud. If this huge thing covers you, you can only see for example the other side of its belly as it were and as you’ll see from some eyewitness reports - one even here in Johannesburg - it was wet underneath this particular object. But here it spoke from this bright cloud. We now look at Exodus 19 (remember that bright cloud that the voice spoke from and spoke about Jesus). Exodus 19:10-11,16-18, 20; This is where the LORD came down upon mount Sinai: 10 “And the LORD said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify

them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes, 11 And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will

come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.” (The LORD will come down in sight of all the people. In other words this is not a spiritual appearance, it’s a physical appearance, it is a visible appearance). 16 “And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there

were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.”

You know I always say to the people, and I ask you also to think this through when you read the Bible. You must read the Bible with your imagination; you must picture the scene that is described to you otherwise you won’t understand. You must see the mountain, whichever mountain it may be. Those that have perhaps been to Palestine and know where mount Sinai is, will imagine it so much better. Upon this mount the LORD came down in this cloud. There were thunders and lightnings and a trumpet from this cloud and they also heard the voice of the LORD, all these three million Israelites. If you read the full description, they trembled so much, they were so afraid, that they said to Moses, ‘Moses you must rather speak to us, don’t let God speak to us anymore, we can not stand it’. It is the same God today, and I believe that when He comes again, the nations, heathen or who ever they may be, will know that God is God when He deals with the world at this time. You must see how much of that is connected with clouds. 17 “And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with

God; - - - - - -” (Oh! To me it’s so beautiful: “go and meet God”. I called Moses, he was the best man, of this marriage. He brought the people there, the marriage took place between God and Israel).

“ - - - - - - and they stood at the nether part of the mount.

18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

20 And the LORD came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the LORD called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.”

If you read this whole account you’ll see that Moses went into the cloud to go and meet with the LORD. They could not see him. When he eventually came back his face shone. Exodus 24:9-10 15-18; 9 “Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy

of the elders of Israel: 10 And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it

were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.”

In other words if you read this in the literal sense, I believe God literally came down in that cloud to meet with his people and so the LORD will come again with those fearful sights and great signs from heaven that we read of in Luke 21. 15 “And Moses went up into the mount, and a cloud covered the

mount. 16 And the glory of the LORD abode upon mount Sinai, and the cloud

covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud.

17 And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.

18 And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.”

There is a famous American saying ‘You ain’t seen nothing yet!’ Here, we have not seen anything yet of what is coming! But it’s all here in the Book. You are well acquainted with the Bible story where the LORD led Israel with a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. Exodus 14:19; Where the LORD led Israel through the Red Sea: 19 “And the angel of God, - - - - (this is when Israel was in the midst of the Red Sea on their passage through after the Lord had parted the waters.)

- - - - which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:”

The angel of the LORD was inside this pillar of cloud. Various Scriptures are now quoted in connection with these clouds: Exodus 14:24; 24 “And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked

unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,”

In other words you’ll see where this cloud appeared and on various other occasions the LORD was in that cloud. Isaiah 66:15-16; 15 “For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like

a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.

16 For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many.”

“The LORD will come with his chariots like a whirlwind”. 2 Thessalonians 1:7-8; 7 “And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus

shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and

that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:” Joel 2:30; 30 “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood

and fire, and pillars of smoke.” Acts 2:19; This is where Peter quotes from Joel: 19 “And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth

beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:” Ezekiel 1:1-4; 1 “Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the

fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by die river of Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

2 In the fifth day of the month, which was the fifth year of king Jehoiachin’s captivity,

3 The word of the Lord came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the Lord was there upon him.

4 And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.”

Many of the observations of these UFO’s were described in the same way in the colour of amber and of fire. You can also note Ezekiel 1:13-28. However we will only quote verses 16-18; 16 “The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the

colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.

17 When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went.

18 As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.”

Many of these phenomena were observed as an inverted saucer which looked like wheels. I am not a very good artist but drawing an inverted saucer with an average diameter of thirty feet and twenty one feet in height, its dome top with holes, almost like port holes, underneath huge bubbles which were almost like huge balls on which this thing could land is what Ezekiel also described. I’ve got many books in which there are actual photos of these. We also find a description of them in: Ezekiel 3:10-15; (and in one of these it is described how Ezekiel was transported in one of them) 10 “Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, all my words that I shall

speak unto thee receive in thine heart, and hear with thine ears. 11 And go, get thee to them of the captivity, unto the children of thy

people, and speak unto them, and tell them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear.

12 Then the spirit took me up, and I heard behind me a voice of a great rushing, saying, Blessed be the glory of the LORD from his place.

13 I heard also the noise of the wings of the living creatures that touched one another, and the noise of the wheels over against them, and a noise of a great rushing.”

(Now remember he was transported by this thing from where he was to this place at the Chebar river where the captives were. It is a very long distance from there to near the Caspian Sea). 14 “So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, and I went in

bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the Lord was strong upon me.

15 Then I came to them of the captivity at Tel-abib, that dwelt by the river of Chebar, and I sat where they sat, and remained there astonished among them seven days.”

In 1 Kings 18:12, we will be on more familiar ground. This is about Elijah who was often transported: 12 “And it shall come to pass, as soon as I am gone from thee, that

the Spirit of the LORD shall carry thee wither I know not; and so when I come and tell Ahab, and he cannot find thee, he shall slay me: but I thy servant fear the LORD from my youth.”

It was the time of the great drought amongst the ten tribes and Ahab was looking for Elijah, he was very cross with him. Elijah then sent this man to go and tell Ahab but this man said ‘No, if I go and tell Ahab he will come and look for you and by the time we return, the Spirit of the LORD would have carried you somewhere else and Ahab will kill me’. In other words Elijah was known to be transported like this. 2 Kings 2:11-12; Where he was actually transported: 11 “And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold,

there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

12 And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.”

In 2 Kings chapter 6 when Elisha and Gehazi were confronted with the Syrian army in Dothan and Gahazi was extremely fearful, but Elisha asked the LORD to open his eyes and he saw all the hills roundabout covered with fiery horses and fiery chariots. In Acts 8:39, after Philip had baptized the eunuch, he said:

39 “And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.”

But Philip was found at Azotes and passing through he preached in all the cities until he came to Caesarea. So here Philip was transported, he does not say with what, he just says the Spirit. In Ezekiel the Spirit of the LORD took him and if we read further we see how he heard the wings and the voices that spoke. In 2 Corinthians 12:1-4, Paul speaks about a man that was caught away into the third heaven and we remember how Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him - (Genesis 5:24). I want to read a few eye witness accounts now: Eyewitness account number 1: Readers Digest of July 1966 page 181: “About 2 am when Muscarello was passing an open field near Kensington, a huge object came out of the sky, brilliant pulsating red lights outlined its rim, which appeared to be 80 to 90 feet in diameter. The object wobbled, jarred and floated straight towards him, making no noise whatever. Afraid that it was going to hit him, Muscarello dived off the road. The object backed away slowly and hovered over the roof of one of the two nearby houses, then it moved off far enough for Muscarello to make a run for one of the houses. He pounded on the door screaming, no one answered. At that moment a car came by and Muscarello hailed it frantically. A middle-aged couple picked him up and dropped him off at the Exciter Police Station. Look, he said to Tolland, I know you don’t believe me, I don’t blame you but you’ve got to send somebody back there with me. He was impressed by Muscarello’s sincerity and called a cruising patrol car. Within five minutes, patrolman Eugene Bertram pulled into the station. After hearing Muscarellos story, Bertram reported that about an hour earlier he had come across a car parked on a bypass approximately 2 miles from Exciter. The woman at the wheel told him that a huge silent airborne object had followed her from the town of Eppic, a mile away. The object had brilliant flashing red lights she said, and kept within a few feet of her car. When she reached the bypass it suddenly picked up tremendous speed and soon disappeared among the stars. I thought she was a crank, Bertram told Tolland, so I didn’t even bother to radio in. The object the woman described, Muscarello said, sounded exactly like the one he had seen.”

Eyewitness account number 2: “One evening at dusk towards the end of October, he noticed a reddish cigar shaped object, high in the sky, in a moment he saw a smaller reddish orange disc emerged from it and begin a slow descend towards earth. It drew nearer, then skipped along the power lines and stopped within 200 feet of it, just a few feet above the wires. Then very slowly a silvery pipe-like extension descended from the disc until it touched the wire. It remained in contact with the power lines for several seconds and was then retracted into the disc. Eventually the disc took off skywards at tremendous speed and disappeared in the cigar shaped object”. Eyewitness account number 3: “A drone and a glow in UFO scare. It did not go bump in the night, but it droned, glowed with a bright orange light emitted a thick odourless smoke and scared the pants off a Springs’ resident. The latest chapter in South Africa’s flying saucer history, was written on Thursday night in new township Springs, when Mr I Roberts returned home at nine fifteen, to find it parked on the lawn in his backyard. In the backyard of the house he saw the object which was saucer shaped, with a dome on the top, apparently resting on the lawn. It was about 3 meters high and even wider than that. As I reached the back gate, and heard its slow pitched droning, it rose into the air emitting a thick smoke which I could not smell. I stepped back and shouted to my wife, I got such a fright that I did not want to look at it Mr Roberts said. Mrs Roberts came running up in time to see the saucer disappear into the skies surrounded by a haze of some sort. It shone with a bright orange light, she told the Mail, confirming her husband’s description. This was in 1973. A neighbour also came rushing out of the next door house, also just in time to see the orange object disappear.” There are many more reported incidents, and eye witness accounts, that prove the reality of the existence of UFO’S. The Scriptures confirm it.

Something about the Author F.W.C. Neser was trained as a Scientist but is a dedicated Christian since his youth. To him the Bible is the Word of God from Genesis to Revelation. Very early in his life he came to realise that man himself is the cause of all wars, depressions, famine, droughts, disease, and misery here on earth. He saw that God had given his absolute Law to Israel, his chosen people and had promised that should they live thereby they would be free of all adversity and would then act as God’s exemplary nation on earth. A matter of importance, which became clear to Neser, was that Israel was neither the Jew nor the Church. It was with gratitude that he eventually discovered the great truth, namely that Israel was in fact the Germanic, Anglo-Saxon and Celtic peoples. With the imminent Second Coming of Christ, Israel will come to a true regeneration, will be filled with the Holy Spirit and with Jesus the Messiah as their King, they will lead the world back to a state of perfect harmony with God.
