Flying Samaritans at UCSD Fall Quarter GBM #2

Free Medical and Dental care

Undergraduate students of the UCSD Flying Samaritans visit a clinic in Chapultepec, Ensenada on a Saturday day trip every month.

Clinic trips cost $30- Covers gas, car insurance and toll fees. Drivers don’t pay.

How to attend a clinic trip? trip?• To be eligible for a clinic you MUST be a paid member, have

at least 3 clinic points via CPM, and turned in your New Member Application to our secretary My Phung via email at myphung2@yahoo.com

Clinic points:• Attend GBMs• Flyering • Socials• Fundraisers• Join a committee• Sign up for Ralphs community Rewards

• Every clinic trip you attend a clinic trip, we will be subtracting 3 points. 

2014-2015 Ralph’s Fundraiser- Get 1 Clinic Point

• Register or re-register for the Ralph’s On-going fundraiser by following the instructions that can be found on our website.

• Once you complete the process, you can screenshot and email a picture of the confirmation page to our secretary, My Phung, at myphung@yahoo.com for 1 clinic point.

• The process only takes a couple of minutes and anytime you purchase at Ralph’s, a portion will be donated to Flying Samaritans at UCSD.
