• Heavy, thick ductile iron castingprovides a rugged, reliable base forthe 1115HD True Cut.• The 1115HD provides a “One Cut”finish. If specifications or operatorsprefer a rough cut before finishing,it’s available simply by rotating a dial.• Quick changeover from disc todrum tools in only seconds.• The innovative design and toolingallows the 1115HD to be adaptedeasily to all existing and futuremachine applications.•Drive shaft and arbor are supportedby extra large tapered rollerbearings. Bearings and completedrive train operate in an oil bath - nobushings or old fashioned sleeves towear out.• Simple arbor drive - only two gears.• Individual high torque gear motorsused for driving drum and rotor toolcarriages. An electronic modulemeasures and controls the carriagefeed speed. By varying the torque tothe feed motor, a constant feedspeed is held. Designed to provide the correct tooling to resurfacelate model hubless rotors of the “Composite” type. Compositeadaptors are a must for every professional brake shop.
