Are you ready for the Care Certificate?The 15 standard Care Certificate was launched on 1st April 2015 and replaces National Minimum Training Standards and Common Induction Standards, it is a CQC expectation that all new staff complete the certificate within the first 12 weeks of employment.
Acacia Training has designed a programme whereby employers can choose to have the knowledge of all 15 standards delivered by one of our fully qualified and experienced Tutors in the workplace. Alternatively you as the employer can deliver a range of the standards in-house and let Acacia deliver the remainder. Following delivery of the standards employers will be given an observation sheet to complete to sign off competencies in the workplace ensuring staff are linking theories to practise.
