CHATEAU MAUCOIL – Chateauneuf-du-Pape – One of the oldest Chateau in the region, Chateau Maucoil’s oldest parts date back to the 1st century, when a Roman legion formed a camp here around a natural spring, today called La Source de Chateau Maucoil. In 2009 the estate began converting to organic viticulture, gaining certification in 2011. Engaging the same techniques as their ancestors, the Bonnets restored their 60 year and 100 year-old-vineyards. With 28ha in Chateauneuf du Pape, they have a 5ha vineyard that consists of a field blend of the AOP’s 13 allowed varietals, and they also

own the only maintained (0.5ha) vineyard that was just replanted beside the ruins of the actual Chateauneuf du Pape (“Pope’s new house”) that was built in 1320. One of only 15 actual Chateaus in the region, the wines are estate grown and vinified in this historic property. In 2013 the Bonnet family merged Chateau Maucoil with Rhone Valley producers, the Lavau Family.

LAVAU FAMILY– Rhone Valley - Formerly from St Emilion, the Lavau Family has been involved in winemaking for several generations, from Bordeaux to the hills of Tunisia. In 1964, seduced by the richness and quality of the Provencal soil, they decided to settle in the Rhône Valley. 40 years later, the cellar is currently managed by Benoit and Frederic Lavau. The family own 3 cellars in the south of the Rhône Valley, where they are in partnership with 300 grape growers. With their 3 cellars, the Lavau winery is vinifying most of the appellations of the southern Rhône valley, from Côtes du Ventoux to the Côtes du Rhône, and all the famous cru’s such as Tavel, Vacqueyras, Gigondas and Chateauneuf du Pape. The partnership established with the growers allows us to choose the best terroir and the best grapes in order to create the best blend.

MAURO SEBASTE - Piedmonte - Our firm was born from a strong passion of Mauro Sebaste, son of Sylla, a famous woman and a true Langa wine expert. After Sylla's premature death, Mauro, left the family firm and, pushed by his strong passion for wines, he pursues a single objective: producing quality wines. With the help of his wife, Maria Teresa, and his in-laws, he sets up a

new firm and creates a wine-producing activity. And today the next generation has joined the family business: Sylla working in accounting and Angelica painting the labels. To carry out his plan, he starts with a slow, meticulous search for vineyards: each of them with suitable features of typicality, geographical location and exposure. Nowadays, Mauro, together with the agronomist Domenico Franco, manages more than twenty hectares of vineyards. He follows ripening cycles with absolute devotion and care in order to reach one and only objective: producing total and uncompromising quality. His family firm produces an average of 150,000 bottles of wine per year and 15,000 bottles of grappa, which he exports all over the world.

CASTELLO DI MELETO – Tuscany – Chianti Classico - The Castle belonged to the Benedictine monks of the Coltibuono Abbey. The name "Meleto in Chianti" appears for the first time in 1269, in the Florentine Guelphs' "Libro degli Estimi", as the property of the family of Rainerii de Ricasolis. The Ricasoli family extended and embellished the building over the centuries, and today the Castle still has its massive 15th century fortifications with an imposing cylindrical tower built as protection against artillery fire. The land of the Castle of Meleto stretches around the castle for about 1,000 hectares (2,471 acres), 180 of which are destined to the cultivation of the grapevine. The prevailing grapes are Sangiovese, destined to the production of Chianti Classico wine, together with other traditional types of vine – Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah. The soil is mostly marl, calcareous marl and alberese: it is just in this barren land that the grapevine gives its best fruits, full of scents and natural fragrances. The names of the estates and the hills remind of a remote Etruscan and Roman-Christian history: Casi, Moci, Pieve di Spaltenna, Camboi, San Piero in Avenano, Poggiarso.

TERRALSOLE – Tuscany – Montalcino - The ongoing project at Terralsole – Land towards the Sun – is to create wines of extremely high quality. There are no prescriptive recipes here as far as the wine making is concerned. Every vintage is totally different due to climate and its effect on the grapes and we accept that and love the challenge. Terralsole began in 1997 when two 6 hectare vineyards were planted in two quite different terroirs. Both these locations are among the most promising areas of Montalcino for quality wine making. Vigna Pian Bossolino is located on Montalcino’s south eastern slopes, an area well known for its favorable sun exposure and great ventilation. Vigna Fonte Lattaia is lower in altitude and is on the south Western slopes on the

road that links the Romanesque abbey of San Antimo to the hamlet of San Angelo in Colle. This area has a very warm climate, which is extremely beneficial during the maturation of our grapes. Terralsole has the advantage of well-maintained vineyards in excellent positions, state of the art cellar, a team of competent and dedicated staff and winemaker Mario Bollag, and last but not least, our love and passion for great wines and the experience and artistry to create them.

SPAIN CASA CASTILLO – Jumilla - The Propiedad Vitícola Casa Castillo is a family-owned and operated property devoted to growing of a 174 hectares (432 acres) vineyard, and the elaboration of the whole fruit production at the family wine cellar. This region, known as “El Altiplano de Jumilla” (Jumilla High Plateau), enjoys a continental climate cooled by the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea. Here, the growing of the autochthonous Monastrell variety, as well as the Garnacha, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties take place under the best weather conditions. We aim to produce wines with their own personality, taste and character, whilst respecting the area's tradition, wines which reflect the characteristics of the land and the microclimate in which

our vineyards grow, the peculiarities of the local grapes, and the skilful work of man. Wines created to enjoy and give pleasure to our senses. Considered by many observers to be the finest estate in Jumilla, Casa Castillo is a treasure-trove for fabulous values, particularly from the Monastrell (Mourvedre) grape that loves the chalky terroirs and cool slopes of the Sierra del Molar.

BODEGAS CARBALLAL – Rias Biaxas - Rías Baixas is one of the most dynamic designations of origin, and with wider international growth due to the fact that the Albariño variety, indigenous to this area, enjoys suitable conditions of climate and soil. Bodegas Carballal is located in a historical sub-zone of O Salnés, home of the origin of the Albariño variety and the most important Denominación de Origen; the River Umia flows throughout this valley, sheltered on both banks by the hillsides of mounts Castrove, Lobeira and Xiabre.

COSTERS DEL PRIORAT – Priorat - Costers Del Priorat is located in a mountainous environment surrounding the town of Bellmunt de Priorat (Catalonia, Spain). The vineyards must be cultivated in very small stepped terraces, where productions are small and the works must be done almost entirely manually. Costers del Priorat has one of the best farmhouses in the region, comprised of 20 hectares of biodynamically farmed different red wine grape varietals. The oldest vines on the property are the

Garnacha and Cariñena varietals, between 40 and 100 years old. They are an authentic oenological treasure from which the best wines of the cellar are produced. Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha vines were planted 15 years ago and, after the estate was recently expanded, we also have new vineyards of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Priorat (DO) region produces wines of extraordinary quality and with characteristics that are different from all other wines. The secret of this designation of origin lies in the slate licorella soil found in the region that, along with scarce rainfall and a rugged and mountainous environment provides very concentrated wines with very unique mineral characteristics. On the slope of our best vineyard, the cypress is a prominent feature, a joining point and a symbol of Mediterranean towns. This is where our top wine Clos Cypres begins.

BODEGAS VINA MAMBRILLA – Ribera del Duero - The company “Viña Mambrilla S.L.,” was formed by the Arranz brothers, mainly Fortunato and his sons Rodrigo and Sergio. Together they proudly raise the torch of grape-growers, with their fifty hectares of select vines, some of them planted more than 50 years ago. The brothers are fully convinced that they will do justice to the region, and contribute to “Ribera del Duero” one of its best products.

BODEGAS ALTANZA – Rioja - Located in Fuenmayor (Rioja Alta), Bodegas Altanza was built in 1998. Its goal has always been and is to offer quality wine at a reasonable price, combining the best of the tradition inherent to a world renowned wine region with all the possibilities technology offers now: the goal is to make the most of a characteristic grape like the Tempranillo. Lealtanza is the name we chose for our wines because of its meaning in ancient Spanish, that is loyalty. Bodegas Altanza is loyal to Rioja tradition when selecting only Tempranillo variety, which is indigenous to Rioja, for all its wines. For these wines we select our best Tempranillo grapes, from medium to old vineyards in order to produce the best wines suitable for long ageing in our winery.

CA’ MOMI – Founded in 2006, Ca’ Momi Napa Valley is the heart’s offering of three Italians: Dario De Conti, Valentina Guolo-Migotto and Stefano Migotto. Ca’ Momi is a tribute to the land of their birth, and the wines that they love. From the winery and vineyards in Carneros, and featuring hand-selected fruit from across the Napa Valley, Ca’ Momi wines represent the best of both worlds: Napa Valley fruit carefully crafted by the heritage and obsessive care of Old World winemaking. From award-winning House blends to an opulent Reserve line, Ca’ Momi makes heartcrafted wines elevating the best grapes Napa Valley has to offer. Ca’ Momi is Italian for “House of Momi." This is the endearing name we've given our family home in the Veneto region of Italy. The home's nickname comes from local legend (and prior owner of the house) Momi dea Bionda, who was notoriously obsessive and protective of his property and vineyards. When the three Italians made the move to California to begin Ca' Momi winery, they wanted to bring the spirit of Momi with them. The resulting wines are a celebration of Ca’ Momi's passion, and the product of winemaking done with obsessive care.

LAIRD FAMILY ESTATE – Ken Laird purchased his first Napa Valley parcel in 1970. This neglected piece of land, adjacent to Tubbs Lane in Calistoga, held 70 acres of worn-down prune trees. With Prohibition forty years gone and Napa Valley positioned to re-emerge as viticulturally significant, Ken decided to develop the orchard into a grape vineyard. With a phone call, Robert Mondavi himself agreed to walk the property. After the two men discussed soils, vines, yields, irrigation, and proper pruning. The deal was struck with a resulting

vineyard of 50% Gamay and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, Mr. Mondavi guaranteeing Ken’s Cabernet “to be the highest harvest price paid in the Valley.”. The Laird Family has become one of Napa Valley’s most important families since Ken Laird purchased his first vineyard parcel

in 1970. The Laird’s are the single largest vineyard holders in the valley and are an important grower for many of California’s top producers, including: Mondavi, Inglenook, Beringer, Cakebread, Merryvale, Joseph Phelps, and Far Niente just to name a few. In 1998 the Laird Family broke ground on the Laird Family Estate Winery and production facility(which currently houses over 60 Custom Crush clients). With the of consulting winemaker Paul Hobbs, the Laird’s are crafting some spectacular examples of Napa Valley wines.

DAVIS FAMILY VINEYARDS – Russian River Valley - At Davis Family Vineyards, we have some pretty strong beliefs about wine. We believe wine is an essential element in a rich and passionate life. It adds an extra layer of flavors to both meals and to friendships. In our quest for palatal perfection, our goal is for every wine to be a true, natural reflection of the vineyard and vintage in which it was grown. The earth friendly farming practices that we use enable us to achieve this goal vintage to vintage. Beyond these techniques being environmentally conscientious, they ensure a higher quality of fruit — and life — for generations to come. Within the Russian River Valley there are many varied micro-climates, much like what has been recognized in Burgundy for centuries. Through our wines, the vineyards tell the story of terroir, an expression of the neighborhood.

EMERITUS VINEYARDS – Russian River Valley - In 1999, Brice Cutrer Jones closed on the purchase of Don and Marcia Hallberg’s prime apple orchard in the heart of the Russian River Valley. The 115–acre parcel, the Hallberg Ranch, is located two miles north of Sebastopol, on both sides of the Gravenstein Highway and directly on the Gold Ridge soils of the area. After acquiring the Hallberg property in 1999, Emeritus cleared the land over a three-year period and established a Pinot Noir vineyard with rootstocks and clones specifically chosen for the soils and orientation. The first few harvests were sold to various wineries in the area while Emeritus experimented with small lots of Pinot, and began to outfit the Hallberg barn with fermentation vats, barrels, and environmental controls. Then, in 2004, Brice finally convinced longtime Pinot-phile, Burgundy–trained winemaker Don Blackburn to join the team. Don came aboard the day before the first harvest of the William Wesley Vineyard and established the hallmark style of Emeritus—that of elegance and charm. We lost Don to a brief but serious illness after the ’08 harvest, but his protégé, Nicolas Cantacuzene, stepped into his shoes and continues the quest: to produce an authentic wine of great distinction, one that represents its vineyard heritage, a wine of great balance, elegance and charm. The 2011 Emeritus Hallberg Ranch Pinot Noir rated #26 in Wine Spectator Magazine’s Top 100 Wines of 2014.

TRIONE VINEYARDS & WINERY – Sonoma – Three generations, four decades, five ranches — our family is deeply rooted in the Sonoma County wine industry. Dedicated farmers for forty years, brothers Mark and Vic Trione own and cultivate close to 700 vineyard acres in three prime Sonoma County appellations: Russian River Valley, Alexander Valley and Sonoma Coast. During 2005 a new chapter took root: Trione Vineyards and Winery. Our family built a winery on our Home Ranch in Alexander Valley and appointed Scot Covington winemaker. Scot made Trione 2006 and 2007 vintages in a custom crush facility; the winery construction completed in time to receive the 2008 harvest. Living a winemaker’s dream, Scot selects just three percent of the Trione estate grapes and crafts small lots of wine in his customized “studio”. Scot’s goal: make wines that express the highest level of quality across all varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah and Zinfandel.

PERSUASION – Sonoma – Some vintages are aggressive and come on strong; they insist on being noticed. Others are smoother, more balanced, more confident of their worth. They persuade you to pay attention. And, with every glass, convince you of their superb quality. Relax and enjoy the fine art of Persuasion. This blend of Russian River Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Chalk Hill Merlot exhibits a dark ruby purple color along with classic wet stone and crushed rock minerality. Intense notes of black currant and floral incense add intrigue to this medium bodied wine. A touch of sweet tannin with an overall sense of elegance creates a deep structure. This wine is delicious now but will age gracefully for years to come.

DAYDREAMER WINES – Naramata Bench - Daydreamer is a small family run winery based on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada. It is the brainchild of Rachel and Marcus Ansems who have both been involved in the wine industry for over 15 years. Rachel and Marcus have both been “Daydreaming” about

their own little wine company for forever and a day. They wanted to create a unique and memorable winery where a focus on fine wine was the ultimate goal. Small batch processing, with a sustainable approach is the mandate for this project. They want to make limited production wines from the best sites in the Okanagan Valley with a special focus on the wines of the Naramata Bench. Okanagan Valley is unique because the North to South orientation offers a range of climates suitable for many of the best vitis vinifera varieties such as Syrah, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Viognier. In September 2014, Marcus achieved his Master of Wine (MW) designation.

RICARDO SANTOS – Mendoza - Ricardo Santos has demonstrated a life-long commitment to the Argentinean wine tradition, particularly in regards to Argentina’s great varietal—Malbec. The former owner of the Norton Winery, Ricardo

renounced a career in architecture to pursue his passion for winemaking with the belief that Argentina could make wines equal to the best in the world. He was the first winemaker from Argentina to export Malbec to the U.S. over thirty years ago. TEMPUS ALBA – Mendoza - In our winery we use grapes from our own vines grown in “La Alborada”, “El Retorno” and “San Antonio” vineyards. Together they amount to 270 acres (110 hectares), located in the privileged areas of Luján de Cuyo, Maipú and Tupungato. Their altitudes are from 2,600 to 3,950 feet (800 to 1,200 meters) asl. The soils are alluvial, rocky, with good drainage and moderate fertility. The weather is mild and dry, with sunny days and cool nights; and with a wide thermal amplitude between daytime and night-time, thus contributing to an excellent tannin development and a very good colour and aroma concentration in our grapes. Activities such as pruning, cluster thinning, canopy management and hand-harvesting are performed by our own qualified crew. This is the beginning of a story; the dawn puts an end to the darkness of the night and at the same time, it is the beginning of a new day full of light, energy and hope. This is the reason why in our winery we celebrate the “Time of the Dawn,” and this is also the reason for its name: “Tempus Alba.”

BALTHAZAR OF THE BAROSSA – Barossa Valley - Balthazar was the last of the Babylonian kings whose empire ended after he drank from a mythical sacred chalice. A fascination with ancient history and an appreciation of the deep sense of irony that befalls those who choose their drinks - and drinking vessels - unwisely, prompted our name. The Balthazar Vineyard is located near the town of Marananga in Australia's most famous wine region, the Barossa. Our neighbors are Penfolds, Torbreck and Peter Lehmann who all chose these western Barossa slopes for their shallow soils, moderate rainfall and low yields - perfect conditions for growing premium Shiraz grapes. The three shiraz blocks we source from provide flexibility at harvest and the opportunity to ferment and mature the different fruit parcels separately in Francois Frere French oak hogsheads for up to 24 months. Balthazar Shiraz is carefully selected from the three blocks to achieve a balance of voluptuous, concentrated fruit and fine, silky tannins. Balthazar is an exclusive premium producer of just 12,000 bottles per year.

DIGGER’S BLUFF – Barossa Valley - A wine label named after a dog named Digger who was born on Anzac Day? It doesn’t get any more Australian than that. Digger’s Bluff has been a long and rewarding journey for brothers Tim and Travis O’Callaghan. Tim is the fourth generation of O’Callaghan’s to be involved in the wine industry. Although Tim “cut his teeth” with Murray Tyrell in the Hunter Valley, he also worked vintage at Yalumba, three vintages with Peter Lehmann and three at Krondorf, followed by two years working with his father, Robert O’Callaghan, at Rockford Wines. With this acquired experience and knowledge Tim realized that what he really wanted to do was make quality wines that represented the soils and seasonal variation of the Barossa.

Since 1981 the 76ha large wine farm has been under the ownership of

SPIRITS SLOVAKIA

DOUBLE CROSS VODKA – Slovakia - Double Cross Vodka is small-batch distilled in a 13th-century village located in the Tatra Mountains of Slovakia. Distilled under the careful direction of vodka virtuoso and Master Distiller Jan Krak, each batch is seven-times distilled and seven-times filtered resulting in an award-winning vodka of unrivaled taste and character. We could have sourced our vodka from anywhere in the world. After extensive research, an inside tip sent us to the mountains of Slovakia. There we met Dr. Jan Krak, a true master of the craft of distillation. We fell in love. With Slovakia. With the people. The dramatic landscapes. The history and tradition… and the vodka. We knew we had to honor this luxurious liquid with a name and bottle that would bow to its rich heritage while remaining grounded in the 21st century.
