Whether you're reuniting with fellow subscribers or checking out the Symphony for the first time, the buzz created by the gathering is a performance in itself. - The amazing thrill when the orchestra tunes and an expectant pause follows. Canadian pianist Sheng Cai’s performances of past centuries major works have touched audi-ences and won the praise of critics on four continents. He has per-formed worldwide with many top orchestras including the Toronto, New Bedford, Shanghai , and
Harbin Symphonies and the Calgary, Erfurt, Jalisco, and Boca del Rio Philharmonics. He studied at Toronto’s Royal Conservatory of Music and Juilliard Pre-College. He received his Bachelor of Music degree under a full scholarship from the New England Conservatory in Boston.

Violinist Sandy Cameron is a unique artist in her generation. Since her debut at the age of twelve she has performed extensively as a soloist throughout the world including at the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Ce nte r, G e r m a ny ' s E l b p h i l -h a r m o n i e , a n d t h e S y d n e y
Opera House Royal. A most noteworthy performance was the 2017 premiere of Danny Elfman's Violin Concerto, "Eleven Eleven," wri�en for her. She also performs many of her own arrangements. Her violin, cra�ed by Pietro Guarnerius of Venice c. 1735, is on extended loan through the generous efforts of the Stradivari Society of Chicago.

South Korean violinist Ji in Yang regularly appears with ensembles in the United States and all the major orchestras in Korea, including the KBS Symphony Orchestra and Bucheon, Suwon, and Ulsan Philharmonic Orchestras. She also collaborates with some of the
world's leading musicians. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the Juilliard School and graduated from Yale University with an Artist Diploma. Recently she received her Doctorate of Musical Arts degree at City University of New York. She plays a Petrus Guarnerius violin made in Venice in 1723.

It’s a feast for the ears! Ms. Hill has performed principal roles with the Los Angeles Opera and Cincinnati Opera, among others. Mr. Gomez has performed with the Los Angeles Opera, the San Francisco Opera, the Shanghai Opera, and at the Kennedy Center.
