SEASONAL FlowerS Yesterday we discussed about Champa, Chameli and Motia. Now let us know about some seasonal flowers

We see different flowers in different seasons.

#Chameli, Motia, Sadabahar, China Rose and Lily

# It bloom only in Summer season

# Dahlia, Rose and Chrysanthmum Blooms in Winter Season

# Some flowers has pleasant fragrance and used for making perfumes Ex-Rose,

Jasmine, Keora

NOTE:

*Watermeal is the smallest flower in the world.* Rafflesia is the largest flower in the world.

USES OF FLOWERAs of now, we learnt about different flowers, now we must know about the uses of flowers

# Kachnar, Banana and Sahjan flowers are used as vegetables

# Some flowers are used in medicines Ex—Cloves, Arnica

# Used in preparing cosmetics

# Used in preparing colours -Marigold, Zenia

# Used in Puja and Decorations.

Note: We should protect flowers from being plucked unnecessarily.

USES OF FruitsYesterday we discussed about seasonal fruits, now lets name different kind of fruits and its uses• Some fruits like Almond, Walnut, Cashewnut are dried and then used in

preparing dishes Ex-Kheer, Sewai etc.

• Bitter gourd, Karela, Jackfruit, Brinjal and Tomato are some fruits which are used as vegetables

• Pickle, Chutney, Jams are also used by some fruits, Ex—Mango, Lemon, Strawberries

Note: Jackfruit is the largest fruit in the world.
