height (FFH) of approximately 400 mm fabricated

from 25.0 mm OD MS seamless pipe, resistance

welded vertically at the centre of 100x100x2.0 mm

thick plate and making minimum 4 Nos. 6mm dia

holes to fasten with anchor fasteners.

ii) jack heads made out of die formed, galvanised,

square 4 mm thick MS sheet, with 4 Nos. 10x2 mm

die cut notches and 4 Nos. 6 mm dia threaded

hole, 90 degree apart, to hold the stringers and

having a centrally welded M 18x100 mm stud with

2 nuts for level adjustment up to 1.25 mm & locking

with lock nuts etc.,

iii) All galvanised stringers made out of 25x20x1.0

mm channel with two die pressed holes at the two

ends to form a rigid grid system on the jack heads

for metal panels.

iv) truly levelled and aligned removable composite

floor panels of 604x604x33 mm size, consisting of

1.5 mm thick MS bottom tray, die formed to shapeas per manufacturers drawing and resistance welded

with 1.5 mm thick steel top plate, The space between

the plates shall be filled with light concrete.

v) The top surface of the panels consist of 1.2

mm thick approved quality anti static high pressure

laminate conforming to relevant IS code.
