The cost-effective FLOOR BOX KITS, COVER TRIM KITS and ACCESSORIES in this brochure are designed for new concrete. They offer installers the low cost, convenient way to install a receptacle flush in a new concrete floor.

Made of heavy-duty plastic, our round or rectangular concrete boxes deliver flexibility and convenience.

The 4.5” diameter concrete boxes are a common size that accommodate our 6” covers as well as most other manufacturers’ round covers. They’re available with flip lids in plastic – or metal. There’s even a recessed cover, IN BOX™, that keeps plugs inside the box to eliminate tripping.

They install fast – and look great!

For the fastest installation, our trapdoor covers ship ready to use with a pre-installed gasket and decorator-style receptacle.

A selection of leveling rings and adapters allows our covers to fit not only our boxes but most other manufacturers’ concrete boxes as well. Try the combination leveling ring/box extender if you have an installed box that’s set too low in the floor. It extends the box up to 1-1/2 inches. Easy!

The black LEV-L MASTER leveling ring flexes to allow the box cover to sit flush with the floor. There’s NO GLUING! Screws attach the leveling ring to the box, so it’s easy to correct any errors just by backing out the screws
