‘Crew scheduling’ module bundles features such as crew manage-

ment, crew rosters, crew training and crew requests. The module’s

responsibility is to generate and maintain rosters by storing duty

patterns for cockpit and cabin crew, while ensuring the legality of all

duties & employee productivity.

Crew will be able to swipe in their Id card and access the self check-in

KIOSK. System will automatically retrieve the crew duty details (Flight

information).Crew Self check-in system is designed to make the crew

check-in process faster and more efficient. Crew will also be able to

view and acknowledge messages which have been posted by crew

administrators and managers while signing in for duty.

‘Crew portal’ focuses on providing access to crew information, on

any device with internet access. This module facilitates self-service

to crew to maintaining their profiles, view messages, view rosters

and download documents. This module further provides the facility

to make duty preferences and duty bidding.

Crew Briefing management is the admin module as well as the back

office system of Evinta.crew. Main function of the briefing manage-

ment system is the dashboard view where crew admin can monitor

the crew duty check-in process.

Cabin will have to refer various documents to perform their duties

during flight and normally they will have to carry printed documents

containing this information. "Crew Companion" for Tab devices, is

the only system cabin crew needs to access for all the relevant

information during a flight.
