TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Flexy is the optimal solution for moving parcels because it can satisfy logistic area's needs concerning industrial

handling.

This extensible conveyor can be used in different workstations, according to various working needs, bringing it

closer or farther to working machines.

FLEXY IS COMPLIANT TO STANDARDS

Flexy has a modular stainless steel chassis with pantograph

system, so that it can take a straight or curved direction, without

changing its rigidity.

Flexy can be realized in various lengths and widths, according to

every type of loading/unloading process, having a rapid profit of

the invested capital.

The structure is installed on robust legs with adjustable height,

which are strong enough to guarantee solidity and resistance.

Moreover, wheels have a 100 mm diameter, aluminium nucleus

and ball bearings; all of these elements give them high resistance,

so that the conveyor can stand all kind of floors, also the most

uncomfortable.

The conveyor is easy to move thank to robust handgrips

distributed all along its structure.

Flexy is designed and created entirely by OCM; the direct production guarantees the best quality at reasonable prices.

Moreover, the use of performing components has caused a net reduction of maintenance operations.

It is possible to add the Assistance Service to the conveyor’s options, signing the “OCM SERVICE” contract. In this way,

our operators will be at complete disposal to solve every kind of problems in a very short time.

EXTRAS

• PARCEL FIRM Manual system to stop parcels, placed at the end of Flexy; it can be remove when it is not necessary.

• STOP DEVICE When parcels get to the end of the conveyor, it allows to stop the transport’s motion automatically thank to photocell

detectors.

• CONNECTION PLATE This system allows to connect more conveyors. Plates are in painted steel with lock nuts included in the supply.

• LOAD AND UNLOAD CELL This section of the conveyor is more resistant and stronger in order to facilitate the loading process. In particular, it

lightens parcels' pressure, absorbing their impact in the extensible area before they get to the transport. Heavy impacts

are muffled in the loading section, which is made in resistant steel, also to raise the life of the entire machine.
