HR Administration• Maintaining employee data • Processing payroll and claims • Managing leave a. Verify the eligibility of all Government funded leave b. Deduction of overconsumed / unpaid leave c. Proration of leave entitlement for joiners and leavers d. Advise / Clarify on leave entitlement e. Update Off In Lieu entitlement (if applicable) f. Inform client to submit Government funded leave upon fully utilisation of leave g. Issuing certificates of employment
