OAS Fletcher Licensed and Classified Survey Staff Comments

“Having the next year’s calendar and a schedule in place will help guide teachers as they prepare for their 2018 class. This will help everyone understand their roles and expectations. Also, giving teachers time to pack up their rooms if they have to move to another location in the school. Finally, having a clear mission and vision statement available will help motivate the staff so there is time to process how alignment will work for a common goal. Let's do this!!”

“Please continue to communicate with us regarding the transition.”
