Flat Fan NozzlesAvailable in a wide range of spray angles and flows. Liquid is forced through an oval or eliptical orifice to form a sheet of spray that breaks into ligaments and then droplets or is atomised by impacting onto a curved deflector plate.

To create a consistent spray along a spray bar from several nozzles, choose a tapering pattern and overlap by 50%. Adjust the spray distance to achieve a precise overlap.

Flat Fan nozzles can be used fo washing, rinsing and surface treatments including high pressure nozzles used at up to 200 bar.

Nozzle CharacteristicsA high impact spray of coarser droplets. Constructed with a hex body for ease of fitting without damaging the nozzle orifice and with no internal parts reducing the risk of clogging. Male and female BSP or NPT thread options. Also available as a shorter ‘stubby’ (HCM) option, which is ideal where space is restricted.

Standard Spray Angles0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, 65°, 80°, 90°, 110° at 3 bar are available in even and flat fan spray patterns, greater impact is achieved at narrower spray angles. Note: Spray angle will vary with pressure.

Nozzle CharacteristicsA high impact spray of coarser droplets. Available in PVDF with a male ⅛” or ¼” BSP / NPT thread. Also offered in polyacetal with a ⅜” ‘push-fit’ spigot in an assembly that includes an anti-drip check valve and a 200 mesh nozzle filter.

Standard Spray AnglesThreaded nozzles are available with even spray 0°, 25°, 40°, 65° or 80° angles.

Nozzle CharacteristicsA very high impact spray for highly effective and efficient pressure washing operations using the minimum water and pump power. One piece design with male ¼” or ⅛” BSP or NPT thread options. The hex body makes for fast fitting without the risk of distortion of the nozzle orifice. Part numbers are permanently etched on the nozzle face for ease of identification when fitted in spraying location.

Standard Spray Angles0°, 15°, 25° and 40° at 70 bar with popular flow rates are held in stock with others available to order. Note: Spray angle will vary with pressure.

Nozzle CharacteristicsA coarse spray designed to be projected up to 5 metres froma moving vehicle creating a wide spray swath without the need for a spray boom. Useful for spraying where there are obstacles. Patented design achieves good distribution. Available with male NPT threaded connections. Internal components are sold as replacement kits for easy maintenance.

Standard Spray Angles110° at 3 bar, designed to be sprayed horizontally. Spray angle will vary with pressure.
