The Steam Generator that converts water into steam takes

How is steam generated?

Water converts into steam under increased temperature

conditions. It takes the form of warm vapour that has more heat

and motion energy than water. Therefore, the use of steam in

washing makes all the difference. The hot vapour envelopes the

clothes, resulting in an effective and a thorough wash.

Why steam?

Easily transmits heat and humidity due to its minute scale

and mobility.

Easily removes odour particles due to its strong absorption force.

Easily reduces static electricity in clothes due to steams

nature of having negative(-) ions.

Easily relaxes the bonding force between cloth bres and

stains due to the swelling effect of each bre.

The cubic volume of steam vapour at 100C is 1600 times more

than that of liquid at 25C. Such an increase in energy leads to

House dust mites, pet fur and pollen found on clothes are eradicated while washing. What you get are thoroughly disinfected clothes

Tub Clean

CONVENTIONAL TUB CLEAN LG TUB CLEAN

Constant use of a washing machine results in the development of fungus and toxic substances in the tub. However, the Tub Clean

function in a Steam Washer Dryer uses hot steam with high spin speed to sterilize every corner of the tub. The tub remains disinfected

and so do the clothes.

Warm Water Rinse

Only LG Front Loading Washing Machines have a Warm Water

Rinse function, which minimises the chances of detergent

remaining in the tub at the end of every wash cycle. It greatly

reduces the chances of allergy.

Sterilization

The temperature in the drum of the Steam Washer Dryer goes up
