FITZWILLIAM FRESHERS’ WEEK 2012

For all overseas students arriving on Thursday or Friday, there will be a chance to meet members of the JMA and ask any questions at 5.45pm both days in the JCR. There will also be other students in College during this period.

Saturday 29 th September

Welcome JMA members will be available in the New Porters Lodge all day, and will be around College in jumpers saying ‘Fitzwilliam JMA’. If you need to ask any questions, feel free to ask these people or anyone else in college.

Before Matriculation Dinner, which is a really special event, remember to leave enough time to get ready and to put your gown on for the first time! Also, head to the Auditorium a few minutes early, so that you have time to stop on the way and take photos of each other in your full glory.

The JMA continues to organise events throughout term. More information will be given out when you arrive!

Most of the events are ‘optional’, but they are put on to help you make the most of your first week at Fitz, so get involved! Events that are compulsory are in bold.
