Family Friendly FitnessOpen to all participantsincluding youth aged 10-11 whohave their YFS course and areaccompanied by an adult.Members aged 12-13 who havetheir YFS course may attendfitness classes on their own.Youth Fit Start (Ages 10+)All members 10-13 years arerequired to attend the YMCAs2-3hour Youth Fit Start coursein order to use the circuitmachines and to take part infitness classes.14-15 year oldsmust complete the YMCAs 2hour Youth Fit Start course inorder to use the entireconditioning center. Comes withan informational booklet.$5/MemberAdult Fit Start (Ages 16+)Adult Fit Start is a 2 and a halfhour course that is conductedby Certified YMCA staff to helpyou design a fitness program tomeet your personal needs,teach basic anatomy,
physiology, and nutrition, aswell as supplying a booklet withtake home information on apersonal program fit for yourneeds.$5/MemberFitness Assessment (Ages16+)A Certified Fitness Consultantwill evaluate your present levelof fitness using CPAFLAprotocol including bodycomposition, cardiovascularfitness, flexibility, muscularendurance and muscularstrength. $60.00/Member
Personal Training (Ages 16+)A Certified YMCA Consultantwill coach you, adapt andupdate your exercise routineand provide motivation to helpachieve your goals. Please seethe Training brochure for rates.Group Training (Ages 16+)Training for groups from 2-8people. Programs are createdfor the groups specific needs &goals.
