almost get all work done by sitting in one place.

that we get. As such the amount of energy that we spend every day also is reduced. That means that

less amount of calories get consumed by our body every day. Now consider your diet. Today, we have

almost done away with nutritious good food. Most of the food we eat is readily fried in oil or out of a

can or some other pre processing. Therefore it is very difficult for us to maintain a healthy diet. All these

food products add on to the calories in our body that are not being processed. Therefore they just stick

on to our body as fat. Now going on a lazy vacation in this state would mean that you would return from

your vacation even fatter than you are now. Would this really help to improve the quality of your life?
