Cycl ing Al l levels This instructor-led indoor cycling class can burn 300-600 calories per session by incorpostrength, endurance and anaerobic intervals.
Beginners Yoga Beginners This is a new 8 week session class for those of you who want to try Yoga at a slower pacThis class is geared at helping you with flexibility, strength, balance and achieving relaxawhile you learn the basic Yoga poses and their correct alignment. If you have an injury ospecial medical condition that prevents you to keep up with a regular Yoga class this is thright class for you. Monday AM or PM Class- $80. Drop-in cost is $12 per class. Group Gym Ci rcui t A l l levels This group workout combines different machines in the gym in a 45 minute long circuit clFrom treadmills to the squat machine to the abdominal machine to free weights and morclass will teach you how to use the machines in a pleasant atmosphere where you can band tone your body.
Post Hol iday Boot Camp Al l levels An intense exercise program designed to help you burn fat and build muscle. This classbines weight movement with light weights and intense cardio moves along with core anddominal training. The session starts on February 1st through March 23rd. Cost is $110
Medical Qi Gong Al l levels An effective compilation of preventative healing and strengthening exercises derived fromChinese culture and study of the body. This session class is for everyone, including peowith injuries or limited motion. Cost is $30 for 4 weeks, or $10 drop in fee.
