Placement Reconsiderations
Math Placement Waiver Form Dear Parent,
Your son/daughter recently completed math placement test(s) and has been placed according to the criteria noted on the attached letter. On occasion, a student may not meet all of the criteria, but may be extremely motivated to accept the challenge of a more rigorous course. Based upon space availability, we would like to provide him/her with this opportunity if we can appropriately accommodate this request.
